摘要: When less than all participants of a remote conference consent to being recording, meeting minutes may need to be manually recorded as text for those non-consenting participants to ensure a complete record of the meeting. By signaling a minutes taker via their input device that a current speaker is a non-consenting speaker, the input device may enable or emphasize a textual input component and/or indicia of the current speaker. As a result, a conference server may receive textual content in place of speech for non-consenting participants and record the conference that is complete but omits speech provided by non-consenting participants.

摘要: Methods and systems provided herein ensure that communication sessions established between select parties, and communication devices, are in complete compliance with a predefined condition, or precondition. Upon determining content and addressing of a communication session, at least one precondition for communications is retrieved from a memory device. The precondition corresponds to a required condition for a communication session to be enabled and maintained. Once the precondition is met, the communication session is established and, as long as the precondition remains intact, the communication session is allowed to be maintained. Ensuring that the precondition exists and remains intact includes embedding an authentication signal, that is based on the precondition, along with communications made in the communication session. When at least a portion of the precondition is no longer met, the communication session is instantaneously terminated.

摘要: Virtual agents may be deployed to conduct a communication with a customer to determine and resolve a work item. During the communication, the virtual agent may need to obtain or provide information to other entities. However, coding a virtual agent to perform such communications is difficult and error prone. By providing a messaging system with a central repository, the virtual agent may register an interest in another entity, group of entities, the state of one or more entities, or information contained therein via messaging to a central repository. The central repository then provides callback messages to the virtual agent that matches the interest or any other conditions specified.

摘要: The technology disclosed herein enables a participant list to display indicators conveying visually discernable sentiments of participants identified therein. In a particular embodiment, during a real-time communication session between endpoints of two or more participants, a method includes receiving an image captured of a participant of the participants by a first endpoint of the endpoints, determining a current sentiment of the first participant from the image, and selecting an indicator representing the current sentiment. The method also includes transmitting the indicator to a second endpoint of the endpoints and displaying the indicator with an identifier of the first participant in a participant list for the real-time communication session.

摘要: Messages, such as text messages, emails, and social media posts, are a popular way to communicate, however, messages can be overwhelming. In order to better manage messages, messages may be grouped, such as those having a common topic. A recipient may then address the grouped messages as a group. However, certain messages may have a common topic but have an attribute that warrants maintaining the message as individual messages, excluded from the group. For example, the message may be from someone who rarely communicates with the recipient, a celebrity, an important figure at work or in politics, a family member, or other attribute that would warrant exclusion from a common topic group.

摘要: The present disclosure provides, among other things, a method of managing contacts in a contact center, the method including: receiving a text-based communication from a customer of the contact center; analyzing the text-based communication to determine a relevancy associated with the text-based communication; based on the analysis, determining a relevancy level to assign to the text-based communication; tagging the text-based communication with a relevancy tag that identifies the determined relevancy level; updating a priority associated with assigning the text-based communication to an agent of the contact center based on the relevancy tag; assigning the text-based communication to the agent of the contact center; enabling a machine learning process to analyze a database of text-based communications; and updating a data model used to automatically tag text-based communications with relevancy tags based on the analysis performed by the machine learning process.

摘要: The technology disclosed herein enhances security for visually impaired users by presenting haptic notifications to indicate certain input notifications are false. In a particular embodiment, a method includes presenting, from a user system, graphical input elements and presenting a haptic notification. The haptic notification indicates that the next input received after presenting the haptic notification will not be entered by the user system. In response to receiving input of a first input element of the graphical input elements immediately following the haptic notification, the method includes presenting a non-haptic notification. The non-haptic notification falsely indicates the input has been entered.
