    摘要: A method for warping the machine bed of a punching press, which machine bed has an aperture for carrying away punching parts and rubbish, compensates at least partially for a bending of the machine bed caused by the punching force during the punching operation. Thereby, forces acting transverse to the punching direction are introduced into the machine bed and/or forces acting transverse to the punching force direction are produced inside the machine bed, by means of which the machine bed warps in the direction towards the press ram and indeed such that it warps stronger in the area adjacent to the aperture than in the areas adjacent to its longitudinal sides.By the method, apertured machine beds of punching presses can, with very little expenses on the equipment side, be spatially pre-deformed in order to compensate at least partially bendings caused by punching forces.

    摘要: When starting up the punch press its eccentric shaft must accelerate through a start-up angle from the resting state up to the operating speed of rotation due to the forces of inertia of the moving structures of the punch press. When stopping the punch press the eccentric shaft is rotated in the direction of normal operation into a position between the upper dead center and the lower dead center position, in which latter position no contacting between the upper tool and the metal strip to be worked upon takes place. From this position the eccentric shaft is rotated backwards by the start-up angle into a start-up angle position. In the start-up angle position again no contact between the upper tool and the strip takes place. Accordingly, an enlarged start-up angle which has been increased backwards over the upper dead center position is available for the start-up of the punch press, such that the first punching is executed at the same dynamic conditions of the punch press as the next subsequent punching operations, such that when starting the punch press up precise products are produced already by the first stroke.

    摘要: The crank assembly of the advancing apparatus is eccentrically supported in an intermediate shaft. This intermediate shaft is in turn supported in an oscillating slide. Accordingly, the oscillating movement of the slide is superimposed over such of the driving pivot of the crank assembly. The intermediate shaft includes a cam disk. Due to the cam disk the intermediate shaft oscillates in operation and causes in turn the oscillating movement of the slide, which oscillating movement proceeds oppositely to the oscillating movement of the driving pivot. The sum of these two movements in the zones of the end positions thereof is accordingly zero. Accordingly, the driving pivot is at rest over a prolonged time span. Due to this prolonged rest period between individual feeding steps, elastical deformations of working structures and of the workpiece being worked upon, can attenuate and fade out prior to the working proper, and at the same time the length of the advancing is not subjected to a change. Furthermore, any clamping elements for the clamping of the workpiece can be lowered more slowly against the workpiece such that a lower energy of impact is produced. Conclusively, the workpieces are not subjected to a plastic deformation. The apparatus finds application specifically in punch presses.

    摘要: The guide columns of the punch press are releasably mounted to the base plate. Guide sleeves project from the ram and the guide columns are guided inside of the these guide sleeves. The sealing between the guide columns and the guide sleeves is made by piston rings. Leakage oil is collected at the oil collecting ring and discharged through a transfer channel (11) located in the ram (2) towards an inner space of the guide sleeve. A horizontally mounted check valve is located in this oil transfer channel. The guide column includes a leakage oil channel which extends to the oil collecting space in the base plate. In operation oil present in the oil collecting ring is pumped into the oil collecting space due to the continously changing of the volume of the inner chamber such that no leakage oil can enter the punching work space. The check valve opens during the upwards movement of the ram and closes during the downwards movement thereof. Those sections of the guide columns which incorporate a sealing and guide function are surrounded by the respective guide sleeve at all operational positions of the ram and are accordingly protected against injury. By means of the above design a penetrating of lubricating oil into the punching works space is impossible and no large loss of lubricating oil is possible.
