    摘要: A thermoswitch in which two fixed terminals are provided to a base disposed in a bottomed housing and a movable contact mechanism is provided between the two fixed terminals so that the movable contact is connected or disconnected by the displacement of a thermosensitive member such as bimetal, wherein the basal portions of the fixed terminals projecting from the base after solidifed with a first resin and a recess formed by the housing and base is filled and solidified with a second resin such that lead wires connected to the fixed terminals are embedded in the resin. According to this device, penetration of water coming down along the lead wires is positively prevented by the two resin layers.

The bypass duct (31) has a circulated air inlet (37) and a proportioning door (38) for controlling the amount of air entering the bypass duct (31) from the main duct (12) and the circulated air inlet (37) to enable temperature control of the humidified air which is discharged from the upper air outlet (22) against the driver's face. An air cleaner (71) may also be provided in the bypass duct (31) and operated with the humidifier (36).

    摘要: A float operated switch (21) is actuated when the level of refrigerant fluid in a reservoir (11) is below a predetermined value to produce an electrical signal. The signal is delayed by 10 to 30 seconds and applied to a switch circuit (54) to disengage an electromagnetic clutch (63) and thereby de-energize a compressor (64). The clutch (63) is also disengaged by the action of a thermal switch (61) when the temperature in a space which is being air conditioned drops below a predetermined value. The operation of the float operated switch (21) is inhibited when the sensed temperature is below the predetermined value and also when a motor which drives the compressor (64) is not operating to prevent erroneous de-energization of the compressor (64).

    摘要: A fuel supply pump supplies fuel from a fuel reservoir to a fuel injection pump which comprises a piston for injecting fuel from a fuel injection nozzle into an internal combustion engine. The piston is reciprocated for fuel injection by an engine driven rotary cam. The fuel injection pump further comprises a fuel control sleeve which is positioned by flyweights to control the fuel injection volume in accordance with the engine speed. A modulator valve is actuated by the flyweights to control the supply pump pressure in accordance with engine speed. A fuel injection timing means is responsive to the modulated supply pump pressure to control the angular relationship between the engine crankshaft and the rotary cam and thereby the fuel injection timing in accordance with the modulated pressure.

    摘要: A rotary compressor has a plurality of vanes which are slidably disposed in radial slots of a rotor to define fluid chambers in cooperation with a cylindrical housing. The radially innermost end of each vane, rotor and opposite ends of the housing define a back-pressure chamber which is supplied with a pressure during a suction stroke for maintaining the associated vane in sealing contact with the inner wall of the housing. Each of opposite ends of the housing has a unique configuration which damps the pressure in the back-pressure chamber when the chamber is fluidly isolated from a source of the pressure supply during a compression stroke, thereby eliminating excessive friction between the vane and the housing.

    摘要: A swash plate compressor is disclosed which is provided with a compression capacity control apparatus capable of returning an output pressure of a high pressure chamber of one cover to a low pressure chamber of the same cover. The control apparatus comprises a delivery chamber which is communicated with a high pressure chamber of the other cover, isolated from the high pressure chamber of the one cover and connected to a delivery conduit. The control apparatus also comprises a compression capacity control passageway providing communication between the delivery chamber and the low pressure and high pressure chambers of the one cover. A rotary three-way valve member is disposed in the control passageway to interrupt the communication between the delivery chamber and the high pressure chamber of the one cover while establishing communication between the low pressure and high pressure chambers of the one cover. A relief valve is provided to communicate to the delivery chamber an elevated pressure in the compression chamber of the one cover while the rotary valve member shifts from one position to another.

    摘要: An injection timing control device for an internal combustion engine includes a connector plate constantly biased in a predetermined direction. A hydraulic actuator urges the connector plate in the other direction in response to a fluid pressure communicated thereto, thereby actuating an eccentric cam mechanism to vary a fuel injection timing. The line of action of the biasing force and that of the urging force opposite to the biasing force, each imparted to the connector plate, lie in a common plane which contains an axis of the hydraulic actuator, so that the connector plate is prevented from tilting and thereby effecting the operation of the cam mechanism.
