An interception target terminal includes an interception module, and the interception module activates an interception function on the basis of interception related information received from a communication business system. In addition, when a communication mode is changed in the state where an interception function is in an activated state, if a network to be accessed depending on a change of the communication mode is a network that is permitted to be intercepted, corresponding access details information is transmitted to a communication service system or a law enforcement agency system. Further, when the terminal performs communication by an encryption method in the state where the interception function is in the activated state, an encryption key used for encryption or communication data before the encryption is transmitted to the communication service system or the law enforcement agency system.

An active diffuser for reducing a speckle in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes: an electroactive polymer film having at least one or more scattering patterns; a first transparent electrode coated on one surface of the electroactive polymer film; and a second transparent electrode coated on the other surface of the electroactive polymer film, and a shape of the scattering pattern of the electroactive polymer film is varied by voltage applied through the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode.

An active type tunable wavelength optical filter having a Fabry-Perot structure is disclosed. A tunable wavelength optical filter which comprises a lower mirror in which silicon films and oxide films are sequentially laminated in a multi-layer and the silicon film is laminated on the highest portion; an upper mirror in which silicon films and oxide films are sequentially laminated in a multi-layer and the silicon film is laminated on the highest portion and which is spaced away from the lower mirror by a predetermined distance; a connecting means for connecting and supporting the lower mirror and the upper mirror to a semiconductor substrate; and electrode pads for controlling the gap between the lower mirror and the upper mirror by an electrostatic force and the method of manufacturing the same are provided. Thereby, by finely driving the upper and lower mirrors composed of a multi-layer structure of the silicon film and the oxide film by the electrostatic force, the wavelength of the transmitted light with respect to the incident light can be selectively sent.

A method for decoding an image according to the present invention comprises the steps of: restoring a residual block by performing inverse quantization and inverse transformation for the entropy-decoded residual block; generating a prediction block by performing intra prediction for a current block; and restoring an image by adding the restored residual block to the prediction block, wherein the step of generating the prediction block further comprises a step for generating a final prediction value of a pixel to be predicted, on the basis of a first prediction value of the pixel to be predicted, which is included in the current block, and of a final correction value that is calculated by performing an arithmetic right shift by a binary digit I for a two's complement integer representation with respect to an initial correction value of the pixel to be predicted. The operational complexity during image encoding/decoding can be reduced.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of tuning a microwave filter. An apparatus for tuning a microwave filter according to the present invention includes: a measurement device configured to measure a scattering (S) parameter curve of a microwave filter desired to be tuned; a control device configured to perform tuning so that a shape of the S parameter curve according to a movement of a preselected tuning screw is matched to a shape of a target S parameter curve, and then determine a quantity of transfer of the tuning screw based on feature points on the S parameter curve by using a least squares method in which a preset weight is reflected; and a tuning device configured to move the tuning screw based on the determined quantity of transfer of the tuning screw.

A beam steering apparatus is provided. The beam steering apparatus is implemented to steer a beam in a specific direction according to arrangement of a plurality of unit structures which have different transmittance coefficients and are arranged on a medium. Thus, simplification of the application of the beam steering apparatus to an antenna and the like, a compact beam steering apparatus size, and reduction of manufacturing cost can be realized.

Provided is a method for storing multipurpose geographic information, capable of integrating, storing, managing and using vector data (numerical map) and image, digital elevation model (DEM), three-dimensional (3D) point cloud data, and facility texture information. The method for storing multipurpose geographic information in a computing system includes the steps of: dividing geographic information data to be stored into minimum units; classifying the divided geographic information data into geometric information (geographic position information) and attribute information; and storing the geometric information (geographic position information) in a vector format and storing the attribute information in an attribute information linked to a vector.
