摘要: Systems, methods and devices for location-based services are disclosed in the present invention. A multiplicity of network devices, a database, and a server platform in network-based communication. The database stores a space-network model binding IP addresses and physical locations. The server platform is operable to generate at least one geofence in the space-network model and specify entitlements for the location-based services within the at least one geofence. The at least one geofence and specific entitlement are stored to the database. The multiplicity of network devices are configured to learn the space-network model and the at least one geofence and perform tasks based on the entitlements specified for the location-based services within the at least one geofence.

摘要: Systems and methods for geofence information delivery are disclosed. A multiplicity of devices constructed and configured in network communication in a region of interest via a peer-to-peer network. The multiplicity of devices store cached geofence information for the region of interest. The multiplicity of devices on the peer-to-peer network are operable to convert between an IP address and a geographic location. Each of the multiplicity of devices is operable to query peer devices on the peer-to-peer network for geofences associated with an IP address or a geographic location. At least one peer device is operable to deliver one or more geofences associated with the IP address to the querying device via zero-configuration networking or web service.

摘要: System and methods for delivering geofence geometries to a physical map are disclosed. At least one user device is constructed and configured in communication with a server associated at least one database. The at least one user device receives data regarding a scale unit of the physical map and latitude and longitude of all corners of the physical map. The at least one user device converts the latitude and longitude to Internet Protocol (IP) addresses via communication with the server. The at least one user device queries the at least one database for at least one geofence geometry associated with the IP addresses. The at least one user device decouples the at least one geofence geometry from the at least one database and delivers as an overlay to the physical map.

摘要: The present invention is directed to methods and systems for requesting information from a mobile device with a fencing agent. The fencing agent determines a position with a DNS resolver, queries geofences with an IP address, receives an anchor point with an IP address from the DNS resolver. The device with the fencing agent is able to receive multiple anchor points within multiple geofences within an ROI and translate fence points into fence geometries. Geofence information is stored and registered in a database of geofences, and each geofence is associated with a plurality of geographic designators, wherein each of the plurality of geographic designators is associated with an IP address.
