摘要： A transmission comprising a change speed mechanism and a differential housed in a transmission case. The change speed mechanism includes drive gears mounted on a transmission shaft, and driven gears meshed with drive gears. The differential includes a differential case having elongated axle-bearing bosses extending to inside walls of the transmission case. The driven gears are mounted on one of the elongated bosses to be rotatable therewith. The differential case is supported by rear wheel axles extending through the transmission case and the elongated bosses.

摘要： A hydraulic piping structure for controlling a boom assembly supported through a swing bracket by a swivel deck of a backhoe. The piping structure includes a plurality of hydraulic hoses for supplying oil from a pressure source mounted on the swivel deck to hydrauylic cylinders for controlling a boom and other components of the boom assembly. These hoses are arranged parallel on an upper face of the boom, with hoses connected to a boom cylinder being curved on a vertical plane. The parallel boses extend to the swivel deck through an interior space of the swing bracket and are fixed in position by a clamp mechanism therein. On the swivel deck, these hoses are separated into two batches and fixed in position by further clamp mechanisms, respectively.

摘要： A phase-modulated fiber optic gyroscope comprises a signal generating a signal generating section, a photoelectric converter section and a signal processing section. The signal generating section includes a light source, an optical path for propagating light from the light source clockwise and counterclockwise, and a phase modulator for modulating the light propagating through the optical path. The photoelectric converter section converts an optical signal received from the signal generating section into an electric signal. The signal processing section derives a direction of rotation and a velocity of rotation from the electric signal received from the photoelectric converter section. The signal processing section includes an analog-to-digital converter for converting the electric signal received from the photoelectric converter section into a digital signal, and a digital signal processor for carrying out angle calculations based on the digital signal received from the analog-to-digital converter.

摘要： A dumping apparatus for a grass catcher for rearwardly inclining the grass catcher containing grass clipping to discharge the grass clippings. The apparatus includes a guide member and a movable member mounted in the guide member, a restraining member for restraining the movement of the catcher and a bracket fixed to a rear face of the catcher. A leading end of the movable member is pivoted at a longitudinally intermediate position of the bracket and a leading end of the restraining member is pivoted at a rear upper position of the bracket, whereby the grass catcher may be moved and inclined for the dumping action.
