摘要： A control instrument which is mounted in a recess on a printed wiring board is disclosed. The control instrument includes terminals, provided at a bottom surface and offset from a central plane, which engage pattern portions formed at a bottom section of the recess. A resilient member is provided over a top portion the control instrument. Leg members of the resilient member extend over opposite side walls the control instrument. The leg members project outward at a central portion and have apertures formed therein. The control instrument can also have longitudinal grooves over which the leg members extend.

摘要： A printed wiring board is mounted with an electronic component which is provided with grooves at the opposite sides thereof. The grooves are constructed so that the electronic component can be mounted on the printed wiring board in either the vertical or horizontal directions. Preferably, the grooves have a cross-shaped configuration, one extending vertically and one extending horizontally. The grooves may be formed on tongue pieces projecting from the electronic component body. The groove may be provided with a resilient piece. Another groove may be provided on the body so as to be capable of changing the direction of terminals.

摘要： An improved small-sized rocker switch with indicator is provided. The switch is constituted by a housing having at least one open end; a main contact disposed in the housing; a cover member attached to the open end of the housing; a movable lever disposed in the housing such that its one end is located in the housing while the other end is projected outwardly from the cover member; a converter provided at one end of the movable lever and adapted for opening and closing the main contact; a switch actuator mounted tiltably on the cover member and having an internal cavity, the switch actuator further having a window through which the internal cavity is observable and a bridge member disposed in the internal cavity and connected to the other end of the movable lever; and a substantially U-shaped plate-like indicate member mounted in the internal cavity of the switch actuator so as to saddle over the bridge member, the indicator member having free ends mounted on the cover member.

摘要： The improved small switch of this invention comprises: a housing having at least one open end; main contact contained in the housing and having at least one first movable contact element and at least one first fixed contact element; a cover member mounted on the open end of the housing; a movable operating handle whose one end is disposed within the housing and the other end extends through and projects from the cover member; an illuminator disposed at one end of the movable operating handle; a converter member disposed at the other end of the movable operating handle for making or breaking the main contact; second movable contact elements fitted to the converter member; lead wires disposed within the interior space of the movable operating handle and connecting the second movable contact elements and the illuminator; and second fixed contact elements disposed within the housing, with which the second movable contact elements are brought into contact. This switch also includes an insulating member contained in the hollow interior space of the movable operating handle and having at least two through bores into which the terminals of the illuminator and the bare end portions of the lead wires are inserted so as to make firm contact with each other.

摘要： A control instrument has a body which is provided at the bottom surface thereof with a plurality of terminals. The terminals are folded upwardly along the side surfaces thereof and the body is inserted in the through-hole preformed in a printed wiring board to resiliently engage the body with the through-hole due to resiliency of the terminals.
