One embodiment includes: a web server to receive a request for an advertisement in reference to a document provided to a user by a content provider; a backend server to identify the advertisement based on relevancy of the advertisement to the content of the document and to associate a communication reference with the advertisement and the content provider, the web server to provide the advertisement and the reference for inclusion in the document; and a telecommunication server coupled to a session border controller and the backend server to receive a connection request via the reference, to determine contact information of the advertiser and identify the content provider based on the reference, and to establish the connection between the user and the advertiser using the determined contact information.

    摘要: Systems and methods to provide anonymous connections for a remote interaction system, such as a virtual classroom, which may allow a remote teacher and a group of remote students to have a sidebar discussion/presentation, for instance, to individually tutor the student as needed. In addition to telephonic connection, optional video/chat connections can be provided on-demand with same/different prices and time tracking indicators. Different media connections can be dynamically offered based on available bandwidth, and device capabilities of both the teacher and the student, upsell/transition from chat to voice to video, with price/charge confirmation (e.g., based on device capability, bandwidth). Connection quality can be monitored for improved billing. Pricing for individuals in a group learning setting can be dynamically determined (e.g., based on the size of the group, privacy request). Clips of interaction between teachers and students can be captured as recorded materials, searchable and/or viewable offline at different prices.

    摘要: A technique is disclosed for presenting possible cheek-in venues to a mobile device user, such as for the purpose of checking in with social networking services such as Foursquare. The disclosed technique operates by training a model during an initial training sequence. The trained model, representing a teamed hypothesis, describes venues that are ranked according to their relevance to users who are also described by the model. During a subsequent run-time sequence, the system receives real-time geolocation data that represents users, wherein the data includes user geolocation and the level of accuracy of the geolocation. The system generates a set of candidate venues, ranks the generated candidate venues by applying the learned hypothesis, which can be dependent on the level of accuracy, and presents the user with the ranked venues as possible cheek-in venues. The user can then select the venue actually being checked into from the presented check-in venues.

    摘要: Systems and methods to provide anonymous communication connections between customers in different countries/regions and service providers. Different call-in references are configured for customers residing in different regions and/or having different language preferences. Different prices are computed for foreign customers based on a single price of a service provider and the call-in references used by the customers to initiate the anonymous connections to take into account of the international/long distance call charges. Currency conversion is performed based on exchange rates in backend payment management. Location information of service providers and customers is provided in a configurable way, based on preference, service category, without compromising privacy. Comments, feedback, and/or ratings of the service providers can be filtered for presentation to the customers, based on the location information of the service providers and/or the customer, or based on the location selection of the customers, to increase relevancy to the respective customers.

Users' current intent includes actions the user is likely to take in the near future, such as, for example, purchase a specific product or service. Users' probable intent is inferred from activities performed by users on their mobile devices such as, for example, user queries relating to products and services. Businesses set up offers that are directed to specific geospatial locations and specific user intent. When a user enters a geospatial location associated with an offer and manifests intent associated with the offer, the offer is transmitted to the user's mobile device.
