    摘要: The formation of a transparent conductive ZnO film on a substrate in accordance with the chemical vapor deposition process is accomplished herein by a method characterized by feeding purified water and an organic metal material for Zn as separately entrained by a carrier gas into a vacuum chamber having a reduced inner pressure, adjusting the gas pressure inside the vacuum chamber to a level in the range of from 1 to 30 Torrs, supplying diborane gas or a compound containing boron or aluminum into the vacuum chamber, heating a substrate disposed inside the chamber to a prescribed temperature, and performing the ensuant formation of a film under the adjusted gas pressure mentioned above. Preferably, the formation of the film on the substrate disposed inside the vacuum chamber is carried out while the substrate is kept irradiated with ultraviolet light. This method enables the transparent conductive ZnO film possessing a textured surface form, exhibiting low resistivity, and particularly befitting adoption as a transparent conductive film in a thin-film solar cell to be produced at a relatively high film-forming rate.

    摘要: An outerlining fabric woven of warp threads and a weft thread and including at least two fastener portions composed of a male or a female member of a surface-type separable fastener, and a mesh portion of a predetermined width disposed between the fastener portions to separate them in the widthwise direction of the outerlining fabric, the weft thread being composed of a synthetic resin monofilament having a rigidity greater than that of any of the warp threads. The outerlining fabric is attached to and along the top edge of a curtain, and when the curtain is to be attached to a curtain rail, a series of curtain attachment connector members each having a fastener surface are attached to either of the fastener portions of the outerlining fabric. With the outerlining fabric, the vertical position of the curtain relative to the curtain rail can be changed among at least two positions. Due to the rigidity of the monofilament in the outerlining fabric, the top edge of the curtain is always held in an upstanding position even when the curtain attachment connector is attached to the lower fastener portion.

The catch roller is rotated touching one end of front face of the cloth pieces with the other end of the cloth piece pressed by the pressing roller so that the upper most cloth piece is caught by the catch needles and, at the same time, is raised. Then the cloth pieces are fed one by one to the next station as the individual cloth piece is clamped between the feed surfaces of the feed roller in driven rotation and the pressure roller.

    摘要: An integrally molded surface fastener which promotes high manufacturing efficiency, assures easy stock control and easy attachment in the shipment, and provides high engaging strength and stable form without deterioration of engaging and holding force even when used repeatedly. The surface fastener has a pair of upper (male) and lower (female) engaging members of the same structures, which are molded integrally and provided with a plurality of rows of hook elements on the surfaces of engaging base plates. Then, this arrangement unit has successively two hook elements of predetermined pitches and a spacing of two pitches length and is repeated in order continuously. The spacing signifies that one hook element is not present. Due to the spacings, a hook element of one engaging member is inserted between two hook elements of the other mating engaging member, and respective two hook elements are easily elastic-deformed in the separating direction to provide reliable engagement of the opposed two hook elements even if positions of the opposed hook elements do not match perfectly.

    摘要: A cooling mold having first and second water cooling jackets which are provided inside the mold, a primary cooling water jetting mouth which is located at a distance of 15 to 40 mm from a meniscus of the molten metal, and a secondary cooling water jetting mouth which is located at a position with an interval of 20 to 45 mm between a contact point of a primary jet of cooling water and another contact point of a secondary jet of cooling water on an ingot. By use of the cooling mold having the primary and secondary cooling water jetting mouths which are respectively set at an angle of 15 to 30 degrees and of 30 to 60 degrees relative to the ingot surface, the primary jet of cooling water from the primary mouth impinges on the molten metal cooled in the cooling mold at a short distance from the meniscus to establish a transition boiling zone and a film boiling zone, and then, the secondary jet of cooling water from the secondary mouth impinges on initial zones of the transition boiling zone and the film boiling zone to break-out a vapor film generated in the initial zones so as to provoke a nucleate boiling and thereby to produce a firmer solidified shell in the ingot, whereby the ingot can be properly and effectively cooled without danger of breakout so that stable high rate casting and a high quality ingot can be achieved.
