Abstract:
A heavy duty brush cutter includes a chassis, an engine, left and right cutting decks with rotating mower blades, transmissions, and a gear box. The cutter features telescoping drive shafts, hydraulic actuators for deck adjustment, a forward frame with axles for wheels or tracks, and steering arms for directional control. Additional configurations may include a telescoping tree limb cutter with a rotatable boom, counter-weights for balance, wheels or tracks on various axles, and a central rotating blade. The system is designed for robust vegetation management with various attachments for enhanced functionality.
Abstract:
A light-weight portable hydraulic system for engagement with equipment requiring hydraulic fluid to operate. The system includes a reservoir; a pump and an oil filter engaged with each other. One or more handles are provided on the system so that the system may be carried by a single individual or may be lifted onto or off of a supporting unit upon which the system is mountable. A suitable supporting unit may be a zero-turn stand-on mower. An input shaft for the pump is operatively engaged with the engine of the mower and the pump is powered by that engine. The system is selectively connected to the equipment requiring hydraulic fluid for operation, such as a mower attachment, by way of hydraulic hoses that quick connect to ports on the pump. The system may be engaged with or disengaged from the mower in around thirty seconds and without tools.
Abstract:
A network of multitier user's devices (mobile units) that performs household chores and functions as a mobile general purpose autonomous intelligent machines, having some primary functions and a plurality of additional secondary functions. The primary functions include one or more of vacuum cleaning, lawn mowing, typical drone functionalities, the additional autonomous functions include wardrobe management, premises safety, sentry job, rendering personalized music, self-recharging from typical electric outlet, self-learning to predict the users' behaviors and planning and scheduling the functionalities (decision making) accordingly, providing AI (Artificial Intelligence) assistance and support, Day-In-Life recording and support and so forth. The Day-In-Life recording functionalities involve predicting users' behaviors, identifying routine, salient features and important events ahead of time, and electronically recording and storing the routine events, salient features and important events, with the support of a cloud based central support and services server system.
Abstract:
An apparatus, system and method for raising or lowering a mower deck on a stand-on, zero-turn mower. The apparatus includes a hydraulic system. The hydraulic system includes a cylinder and piston that are selectively engaged with a deck hanging assembly used to secure the mower deck to the mower's frame. The deck hanging assembly includes a pivot rod from which one or more tabs extend. The piston is selectively engaged with the one or more tabs. When extended from the cylinder, the piston rotates the tabs and thereby the pivot rod in a first direction and lowers the mower deck. When retracted into the cylinder the piston rotates the tabs and thereby the piston in a second direction and raises the mower deck. When the hydraulic system is disengaged from the mower deck, the deck may be manually raised or lowered.
Abstract:
A torque-limiting device for secure transmission of a rotation between an inlet baseplate and an outlet baseplate, including at least one drive bolt that forms a breaking element by shearing in case of a torque exceeding a predetermined threshold, and an intermediate baseplate that is driven by the inlet baseplate and driving the outlet baseplate. The bolt ensures driving of the intermediate baseplate and the inlet baseplate or the outlet baseplate. The intermediate baseplate includes a locking element by shape cooperation with a locking part of the bolt. The intermediate baseplate is formed by two plates pressed against one another, one of which is used for housing of the locking part of the bolt and the other of which is used for axial support of the locking part and housing of the screw rod. An agricultural machine can include such a device.
Abstract:
A bee displacement assembly provided as a mowing machine with a direct drive operated fan housed inside a housing formed with a funnel leading from an interior space of the housing and terminating in a mouth. The funnel tapers both horizontally and vertically to the mouth such that the mouth approximates a narrow, widened slot. Powering the motor turns the drive shaft that in turn operates the fan, creating a concentrated stream of air inside the fan housing that is channelized in the funnel and emitted out the mouth at an area of uncut vegetation immediately prior to cutting by a cutting deck of the mowing machine.
Abstract:
A mower may have a removable mower deck and a removable attachment which includes a hopper and conveyor assembly for discharging particulate material from the hopper.
Abstract:
In a sickle cutting system, it has been found that a significant decrease in cutting inefficiency, which is measured by calculating the area of the cutting process where crop is not immediately cut but is instead pushed forwardly by engagement with a surface of the system, can be obtained by a combination of one or more of the features where the cutting stroke is reduced from the conventional length of 3.0 inches to a value of the order of 2.0 inches; the length of the cutting edge of each knife blade is increased to a length greater than 2.2 inches; the width at the rear of the ledger surface of each guard is increased to greater than 1.0 inches; and the front edge of the blade is formed with an apex to shed crop material to one or other side of the apex.
Abstract:
A brush attachment is provided. The brush attachment includes a mounting frame configured to mount to the front of a greens mower. A pair of arms may be pivotally attached to the mounting frame and may extend downwards towards a surface in which the mower is resting. A brush frame having bristles may be attached to the arms. Therefore, a user may cut the grass on the putting green of a golf course so that the brush fluffs the grass uniformly and then the mower cuts the grass evenly.
Abstract:
A lawnmower uses thin, replaceable blades with a hardened cutting edge. Such blades are held by blade holding elements in a horizontally rotating mower blade assembly. The blade assembly and blade assembly housing are configured in a specialized cross-flow mower assembly to reduce grass leave tip damage, increase cut quality and overall aesthetic appeal, while consuming less power and providing a reduced environmental impact.
