摘要: A method and apparatus for teaching power distribution with an educational board game includes providing a game board that includes a power station location, power pole locations, and a target building location. A power pole indicator is placed at a power pole location and a power line indicator is connected from the power station location to the power pole indicator during the player's turn. Additional power pole indicators are positioned at additional power pole locations during the player's subsequent turns and the power line indicator is connected from the power station location to the target building location via the power pole indicator and the additional power pole indicators.

摘要: A theologically themed question and answer board game that rewards players for correctly answering theological questions by awarding structure pieces. The first player to build a theological structure from the structure pieces wins the game. The structure can include a theological building or monument, such as the Kabba in Mecca. The game includes a game track for receiving markers of the players for movement therealong. Order of play and movement on the game track is determined by drawing of straws. A question space correlates to a question media, such as an index card, imprinted with a theological question. Answering correctly accrues a structure piece. An event space includes event instructions for the player to follow. The event instructions are theologically based, comprising a theological theme. The event instructions allow the players to accrue and lose structure pieces and challenge other players for structure pieces with self-formulated questions.

摘要: The religious game includes a game board with a playing path thereon, with the path having two phases. A series of question cards with correct responses on their backs is provided for each phase, with each card containing a series of questions, each question corresponding to one of the positions along that phase of the path. A repent area having a series of positions corresponding to the phase one positions is included on the board. The position marker of a player missing a question during phase one play is moved to the corresponding position of the repent area, and cannot return to the playing path until correctly answering a repent question. A missed question in phase two play initially results in a missed turn, with a second consecutive missed question resulting in a severe penalty by setting that player's marker back to an intermediate position in phase one.

摘要: An apparatus for a religiously themed educational game is presented. The apparatus includes a plurality of game cards each of the game cards including indicia indicating a religious term and a list of off-limit terms. The game cards are used during playing the game where an objective of the game is for a player to choose one of the game cards and describe to fellow team players the religious term without using the off-limit terms where the fellow team players attempt to guess the religious term. A buzzer can be activated when it determined that the player has used one of the off-limit terms in describing the religious term thus preventing the player's team from advancing in the game. A timer provides time limits during the playing the game where the playing the game promotes fellowship with friends and family and education of religious items.

摘要: A board game having a future-predicting theme. The game includes a rectangular board having a sinuous path printed thereon. Along the path are a number of future-predicting stations illustrated as circles with numbered segments each of which defining a future event like: marriage age, career choice, and place of residence. The numbers of the segments correspond to the numbers that may be selected by a chance device. Players, in turn, proceed along the path making predictions about their lives by choosing a number at a station and, then, rotating the spinner. The difference, if any, between the predicted number and the one found by the spinner is tallied. The player with the lowest cumulative tally after traversing the path is declared the winner.

摘要: A Biblical learning system is disclosed. The unit includes a foldable game board with a discretely shaped attachable spinner. The maplike board design has an endless peripheral path contiguous with central path tours. The spinner is positioned on a central area of the game board and has influence points for token direction at specific locations on the path system. A player is represented by a token which moves on all paths; win and loss racers coded to tokens which racers move on independent registers. Dice are included for distance movement of tokens. A number of labeled tour tickets are dealt and allow tokens a choice of path entry after START. Indicia on tour paths are correlated to two decks of activity cards: the first deck bearing Bible verse or movement instructions for tokens; the second deck has penalties for loss racers. The peripheral path has many sequential sectors with random instructions; only one recitation/account station. The method is played by the budgeting of tickets to tours, providing time and space to memorize Bible verse for account station. Only recitation can initiate a win racer. Spinner action directs forward or back token movement from particular points, pacing player progress within a board circuit. A win is determined by first win racer to gain end FINISH position on the win register. A player competes against his own loss register racer as well as other players.
