    摘要: A fluid filtering device includes a casing, a fluid filter, an input pipe, an output pipe, an input pressure gauge, an output pressure gauge, and an automated fluid drain controller. The outer input and output ends of the input and output pipes, and the control output end of the automated fluid drain controller are located outside the outer surface of the plates, and the input and output gauge heads are mounted at the outer surface of the plates. By such arrangements, the pressure difference between input and output pressure can be checked readily, so as to maintain the filtering efficiency while reducing the risk of danger.

    摘要: A filter system may include a filter housing and a filter. The filter may include layers of impermeable material. Additionally, the filter may include at least one first layer of corrugated filter media situated between layers of the impermeable material. The at least one first layer may at least partially define a first plurality of flutes extending from a first side of the filter to a second side of the filter. The filter may also include at least one second layer of corrugated filter media situated between layers of the impermeable material. The at least one second layer may at least partially define a second plurality of flutes extending from a third side of the filter to a fourth side of the filter. The housing may be configured to direct a first fluid into the first side of the filter, and direct a second fluid into the third side of the filter.

    摘要: An oil-separating device for crankcase ventilation of an internal combustion engine may include a hollow member that extends axially in a longitudinal axis and through which a gas flow charged with oil can flow. The gas flow may flow against an oil separation ring disposed within or formed in the hollow member. The hollow member may contain a substantially rotationally symmetrical flow guiding member that has a flow projection located in the longitudinal axis and that has a flow contour that radially increases in a downstream direction so that gas can flow around the flow guiding member and so that the gas flow between the flow contour and the inner side of the hollow member can strike the oil separation ring in an accelerated manner.

    摘要: A valve device with a dual directional strainer is disclosed herein. The disclosed valve device generally comprises a body including a cylindrical wall, the body having a front face, a rear face, a top face, and a bottom face; a first arm including a cylindrical wall, wherein the first arm is attached to the rear face of the body and extends perpendicularly from the rear face of the body; a second arm including a substantially cylindrical wall, wherein the second arm is attached to the bottom face of the body and extends obliquely from the bottom face of the body; a fluid passageway extending through the cylindrical walls of the first arm and the body; and a strainer member at least partially disposed within the second arm, the strainer member being arranged and configured to strain fluids flowing through the fluid passageway from the first arm through the strainer member and into the body in a first direction and to strain fluids flowing from the first arm through the strainer member and into the body in a second direction, the second direction being opposite of the first direction. The disclosed valve device may be utilized to fluidly connect a tank to an injection pump and to a gauge.

    摘要: A sulfur trap provides separation of elemental molten sulfur from a process stream comprising a mixture of sulfur and associated tail-gases. The sulfur trap comprises a vertically-oriented cylindrical wall having a chamber for receiving the process stream, a float positioned in the chamber, the float attached to a float end of a lever, a nozzle insert attached to the distal end of the lever, and a lever fulcrum positioned intermediate the lever float end and the lever nozzle insert end. The float, lever, nozzle insert and outlet are constructed to allow the float position to control nozzle insert engagement of the outlet, particularly to close the outlet when the float is elevated by molten sulfur and to disengage from the outlet to allow discharge flow of liquid sulfur at a determined level of sulfur within the chamber.

    摘要: A filter structure and method of filtration is disclosed for use in an electrolysis fuel cell system that is designed to produce hydrogen and oxygen (HHO) gas on-demand and to supply these gasses into the combustion chambers of internal combustion engines. The filter separates residual fluids and byproducts from HHO gas that is generated by the hydrogen on demand system, and is designed to be utilized with an electrolyte fluid reservoir; a pump and heat exchanger; and a uniquely-configured electrolyzer. The filter structure is multi-stage, and the disclosed method involves porting the HHO gas and byproducts through each filter stage separately to accomplish improved filtration.
