    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a fluid-driven stirring apparatus, comprising a fluid introduction passageway, a fluid chamber connectable to the fluid introduction passageway, a container for accommodating liquid to be stirred, and a stirring assembly. The stirring assembly comprises a driving impeller arranged in the fluid chamber, a stirring shaft fixedly connected with the driving impeller and extending through the fluid chamber into the container, and a stirring member arranged on the stirring shaft and adjacent to the bottom of the container. Thus, the fluid drives the driving impeller to rotate the stirring shaft, so that the stirring member can stir the liquid in the container. The stirring apparatus which uses fluid to drive the driving impeller has the advantages of energy saving and simple structure and so on.

The milk container (4) can be inserted into the device (1) in a guided manner and the base (4a) of said container is equipped with a milk snap-in valve (17). A complementary receiving section (17a) for the milk snap-in valve is fixed in the device (1) and is formed as a milk inlet directly on the milk valve section. When the milk container (4) is inserted, the milk snap-in valve (17) engages in the complementary receiving section (17a) for the snap-in valve and is locked therein.

The mixing unit has a mixing chamber, and a milk inlet passage, a cleaner inlet passage and a foaming gas inlet passage communicated with the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber has a milk outlet nozzle, an upstream section, and a downstream section disposed between the upstream section and the milk outlet nozzle. The milk inlet passage is situated between the cleaner inlet passage and the milk outlet nozzle. The foaming gas inlet passage is disposed upstream of the milk inlet passage. The steam jet unit is for supplying steam into the mixing chamber. The control unit is for controlling the cleaner to flow or to stop flowing into the cleaner inlet passage.
