摘要： A nozzle of a spray gun includes an air cap, a board, a cover and a nozzle. The air cap has a central path. The central path has a first inner periphery and a second inner periphery which is larger than the first inner periphery. Two guide faces each are a tapered face which is connected between the first and second inner peripheries of the central path of the air cap. The two guide faces are located symmetrically relative to the central path. Two air holes are respectively defined between the two guide faces and the nozzle. The air flow from the guide faces interests the air flow form the air holes to increase the range of the air flow to guide the paint in the paint path to be ejected from the nozzle.

摘要： An air spray gun operated by blowing air past a nozzle, the air drawing the spray liquid from the nozzle and imparting momentum to it. The air cap includes formations to bias air flow towards the air horns having patterning air directed to them. The central opening extends towards the air horns, either in the form of a square opening with the corners of the square closest to the horns, or in the form of a compound curved shaped providing pronounced curvature of the corners at the axes toward the horns. This significantly improves paint spray patterning and discourages paint deposition on the air horns.

摘要： A system for controlling a hand held skin treatment sprayer includes a base unit that is operable to control an air source. The base unit is also operable to control a heating unit that is associated with the hand held skin treatment sprayer. The air source is coupled to a nozzle of the hand held skin treatment sprayer by an air conduit, and the heating unit is disposed within that air conduit. Air flowing through the air conduit is heated by the heating unit. This heated air may be applied while spray is emitted from the nozzle to increase the spray cloud temperature, or may be applied before or after the spray application, with the spray turned off, to warm or dry the skin.

摘要： A nozzle of a spray gun includes an outer part connected to the spray gun. The outer part includes a neck portion formed therein. A neck hole is formed through the neck portion. Multiple paths are defined through the neck portion. The neck portion divides the inner space of the outer part into a first room and a second room. A tube extends through the neck hole and the tube. A swing member is located in the first room and connected to the rear end of the tube. An inner part is located in the second room and connected to the front end of the tube. High pressure fluid is introduced into the first room to swing the swing member. The tube and the inner part swing with the swing member. The high pressure fluid enters into the second room via the paths and spray out from the outer part.

摘要： Removable nozzle tips, spray head assemblies including the nozzle tips and liquid spray guns that include the nozzle tips are described herein. The removable nozzle tips provide and define both the liquid nozzle openings and the center air outlets for the center air of the liquid spray guns and the spray head assemblies. The nozzle tips are removably attached over a liquid nozzle port formed in the spray head assembly and/or on the spray gun platform or body using any suitable attachment mechanism. The removable nozzle tips can be removed from the liquid spray gun or the spray head assembly without disturbing the remainder of the spray gun or the spray head assembly.
