    Abstract: A mist blower may include: a liquid nozzle configured to inject liquid stored in a liquid tank into an ejection tube. The liquid nozzle may include: an end surface disposed on a distal end of the liquid nozzle, an ejection opening being defined in the end surface; a side surface constituting at least a part of an outer shape of the liquid nozzle; and a corner part connecting the end surface and the side surface and constituting a corner of the liquid nozzle. At the corner part, a virtual end surface defined by extending the end surface and a virtual side surface defined by extending the side surface may intersect at a first point. Each of a distance from the first point to the end surface and a distance from the first point to the side surface may be equal to or less than 0.3 mm.

    Abstract: A variety of dispensing manifolds which are removable connectable to a single deformable container having a single exit portion are disclosed. The dispensing manifolds of the present disclosure provide a single deformable container having a single exit with one or more outlets from which a fluid can be controllably dispensed. The present disclosure also provides a single force generation mechanism, a deformable container holding a fluid or substance, and dispensing mechanisms all on one machine, i.e., a carrier; a system that may also include a pressurized air source that assists a flow of a fluid; and a system that allows for a continuous flow a substance. The systems of the present disclosure provide a deformable container and a method of dispensing wherein, during dispensing, an actuation member is continuously free of contact with the fluid or substance within the container and the actuation member only contacts the exterior surface of the deformable container.

    Abstract: A spray device includes a diaphragm pump that is operated to generate an air flow of 200-250 L/min at a low pressure of 2-3 psi. A spray gun receives the air flow from the diaphragm pump and includes a Venturi tube structure through which the air flow moves. A paint receptacle that receives and holds therein a paint material is connected to the spray gun to allow the paint material to get into the Venturi tube structure to be converted into paint droplets entraining the air flow. A hose has a diameter of 1.5 cm is connected between the diaphragm pump and the spray gun to conduct the air flow from the diaphragm pump to the spray gun so that the paint droplets can be sprayed out to a workpiece with the low pressure of 2-3 psi without causing significant rebounding from the workpiece.

    Abstract: A nebulizer and a nozzle thereof are provided. The nozzle has a containing seat and a cover. The containing seat has an air conduit. The air conduit has an input terminal and an output terminal. The cover has a guiding channel and an impediment. An input opening is formed in the nozzle for introducing air. A first opening of the guiding channel is disposed near the output terminal and the input opening is disposed far of the output terminal. The impediment is disposed in front of the output terminal and has a plane. Air emitted from the output terminal lashes the plane and then flows to a second opening of the guiding channel, and the air of the input opening is guided to the first opening for decreasing a whole resistance of the nozzle, and thereby increasing nebulization efficiency.
