摘要： A storage container for a cylindrical tube of viscous construction material includes a body dimensioned to receive a cylindrical tube of viscous construction material. A nozzle enclosure is attached to a top end of the body and is dimensioned to receive a nozzle of a cylindrical tube of viscous construction material. A plug is positioned in the nozzle enclosure and dimensioned to fit into an inner diameter of the nozzle of the cylindrical tube of viscous construction material. A gasket is positioned between the body and the nozzle that substantially prevents air in the body from entering into the nozzle enclosure. A base seals the cylindrical tube of viscous construction material in the body.

摘要： A paste application device stores two starting components, for mixing the starting components to form a paste and for the application of the paste. The comprises a two-component cartridge comprising two cylindrical internal spaces, two feed plungers that can be shifted axially in the internal spaces and limit the internal spaces on a first side of the two-component cartridge, and at least two dispensing openings by means of which the internal spaces are open on a second side of the two-component cartridge that is opposite from the first side, a hollow cylinder that is made of a plastic material and has one front face that is open and one front face that is partially closed, in which is situated an axially mobile plunger that has two pestles attached to it, whereby the pestles are oriented in the direction of the open front face, whereby the open front face of the hollow cylinder is arranged to axially touch against the first side of the two-component cartridge, and whereby the plunger closes in gas-tight manner against the internal walls of the hollow cylinder, whereby the two-component cartridge and the hollow cylinder are arranged in a pressure vessel, whereby the pressure vessel touches against the hollow cylinder or is situated at a distance from the hollow cylinder of at most 0.1 mm.

摘要： A paste application device stores two starting components for mixing the starting components to form a paste and for application of the formed paste. The device comprises a two-component cartridge comprising two internal spaces, two feed plungers shiftable in the internal spaces and bordering the internal spaces on a first side of the two-component cartridge, and at least two dispensing openings by means of which the internal spaces are open on a second side of the two-component cartridge that is opposite from the first side. The device further comprises a hollow cylinder that is made of a plastic material and has one front face that is open and one front face that is partially closed, in which is situated an axially mobile plunger that has at least two pestles attached to it, wherein the at least two pestles are oriented in the direction of the open front face, wherein the open front face of the hollow cylinder is arranged to axially touch against the first side of the two-component cartridge, and a connector for a compressed gas cartridge extends through an opening in the pressure vessel wherein a flap valve can be used to regulate the volume flow of the starting components through the dispensing openings, and whereby the flap valve is operable by means of a rod assembly of the paste application device, whereby the rod assembly is supported with a clearance of at least 0.3 mm in at least one direction that is perpendicular to the main direction.

摘要： A system and method for dispensing sprayable material such as paint and other liquefied products. The system includes a dispenser such as a marking stick or other commercially available dispenser. The dispenser is configured to accept a container housed inside a cartridge and filled with sprayable material. The sprayable material is sprayed through a valve and spray tip at one end of the cartridge. An electrically powered motor assembly is removably coupled to the cartridge. The motor is used to power a pump that is incorporated in the cartridge to draw the sprayable material from the container. The material is pumped from the container and delivered through a tube to a spray head. The pressure generated by the pump inside the container and the tube are sufficient to spray the product through the valve and spray tip when valve is opened.

摘要： A liquid applicator includes an elongated cylindrical body having an end cap within which a plunger is slidably moveable. The cartridge and the mixer form an interconnected unit and the closure, arranged between the outlets of the cartridge and the inlets of the mixer, is configured as a valve arrangement in order to establish a connection between the cartridge outlets and the mixing elements of the mixer after performing a relative movement between the mixer and the cartridge or syringe. In certain embodiments of the invention the connection is effected by rotation of the mixing unit relative to the cartridge, and in other embodiments of the invention by axial displacement of the mixing unit relative to the cartridge. This results in a disposable dispensing unit that can be economically produced and is particularly easy to use.

摘要： A nozzle is used in a hand held dispenser of viscous fluid including caulking, sealant or adhesive. The nozzle has an elongated body that extends along a longitudinal axis, defining a fluid path extending between a dispensing end and a base. The base includes a coupling to secure the nozzle to a dispensing device or to a container of the viscous fluid. The nozzle includes a variable flow valve that operates through a range of positions, between a fully closed position and a fully open position. The valve operates within a housing that extends across the longitudinal axis of the body. A second coupling connects the valve to a hand control on the dispenser. Preferably, the valve rotates between the closed and open positions. The nozzle is also included in a dispensing gun. The dispensing gun includes a hand activated control on the gun handle. The control operates the valve between the closed and open positions and co-acts to urge the fluid contents of the dispensing gun to flow through the nozzle. A kit for a nozzle assembly in a hand held dispenser includes the nozzle and a replaceable nozzle tip. The kit may also include one or more interchangeable nozzle tips, a replaceable end cap, and a cleaning tool for the nozzle.
