    摘要: A structural hydroformed joint member has projecting portions (30a, 30b) formed integrally on an outer peripheral face of a hollow main tube part (20) by hydroforming an element tube with an outside diameter D.     摘要: First and second hollow bodies each having at least one opening are joined by first forming a fracture zone in a joint region of the first body and then juxtaposing the bodies in a closed cavity of an internal high-pressure shaping tool with the second body spaced from and open toward the fracture zone of the first body. The first body is then internally pressurized with a hydraulic medium until a burst pressure at the fracture zone is exceeded and the first body ruptures and is deformed outward at the fracture zone into engagement with the second body. The medium then flows through the ruptured fracture zone into the second body.

    摘要: A method and a device for manufacturing secondary mold elements such as necks, protrusions, raised elongate flat locations and the like on elongate, circumferentially closed hollow shapes by means of internal-high-pressure shaping. The secondary mold element is shaped locally by widening of the hollow shape using a high-pressure fluid therein, and is supported under control during the shaping process by a counter plunger that expands outward with increasing shaping. In order to expand the method limits during the manufacture of a secondary mold element for an increase in its height in a safe and simple manner, the hollow section is upset inward by the counter plunger at the point where the secondary mold element is to be produced, whereupon the hollow shape material in the vicinity of the inward upsetting point is pressed circumferentially and endwise by the high-pressure fluid and the plunger. After the inward upsetting process, the hollow section is upset outward under internal high pressure by retracting the plunger that constantly abuts the hollow section, and the secondary mold element is formed.

    摘要: A bottomed tubular blank or a blank having an open end and a closed end is formed into a valve body whose shape is defined by a pair of dies and the ends of pistons incorporated in the dies. Pressure oil is introduced into the blank through one of the pistons to bulge the blank to the shape thus defined. There are provided upper and lower pressing dies between which the blank is disposed and pistons extending into the dies in four directions, with the piston for pressing the opening of the blank being provided with an inlet for supplying the pressure oil into the blank and an outlet for discharging the pressure oil. When required, the blank is pressed by the dies for preliminary forming and then subjected to the hydraulic bulge forming.
