    摘要: A hydroforming mold includes a lower die holder, a lower die, a pair of upper dies, a back pressure die, an upper die holder, and a pair of axial feed push rod assemblies. The lower die is disposed in a groove base of the lower die holder. A lower mold cavity for receiving a pipe blank is provided on the lower die. The two upper dies are clamped on the lower die, and can move along the top portion of the lower die. The back pressure die is disposed between the two upper dies. The axial feed push rod assemblies are respectively sealed at an end portion of the pipe blank and the two upper dies. Each of the axial feed push rod assemblies has a runner for introducing fluid into the pipe blank, so as to axially push the two upper dies to move close to each other.

    摘要: The present invention provides a hydroforming method able to increase the expansion ratio to obtain a complicated shape hydroformed product and able to reduce the number of steps of work, that is, a hydroforming method loading a metal pipe into a divided mold, clamping the mold, then applying an internal pressure and pushing force in the pipe axial direction to said metal pipe, comprising, in a first hydroforming step, expanding said metal pipe in one direction of said metal pipe cross-section to obtain an intermediate product having a circumferential length of 90% to 100% of the circumferential length of the product shape in all of the expanded part in the pipe axial direction and having a height greater than the height of the product in said one direction and at least part of the pipe axial direction, then, in a second hydroforming step, reducing the height in the one direction of said intermediate product in all or part of the pipe axial direction while shaping the product to the final product shape. Further, in the case of a shape including bending, a bending step is performed between the above first hydroforming step and second hydroforming step.

The installation includes a rapid filling device which can pre-fill the hollow profile with pressurized fluid when the axial punch is drawn back from the hollow profile end. In order for the production of hollow profiles to be suitable for mass production in a simple manner, the filling attachment is transported on the axial punch which brings the filling attachment into a contact position on the forming tool in order to fill it and, after the filling, guides it into a position remote from the forming tool.
