    摘要: A reciprocating power tool including a housing supporting a motor having a drive shaft, a blade clamp mechanism, and a drive mechanism. The drive clamp mechanism is coupled to the motor for converting rotational motion of the drive shaft into reciprocating motion of the blade clamp mechanism. The power tool includes an accessory having an attachment portion coupled to the blade clamp mechanism, and a body portion extending from the attachment portion. A grout rake is coupled to the body portion and includes a plurality of cutter portions. The grout rake is repositionable relative to the body portion between a first position and a second position. In the first position one of the plurality of cutter portions is located in a working position for contacting a workpiece, and in the second position another one of the plurality of cutter portions is located in the working position for contacting the workpiece.

The disclosure provides pallet dismantling systems that use alignment forks, guides, and cutting tools to simplify the dismantling of pallets. The alignment fork comprising cantilevers with contact surfaces that abut a deckboard surface coupled to one or more stringers of the received pallet causing a junction between the deckboard surface and the one or more stringers to be in-line with the contact surfaces. Further, the dismantling system may comprise a cutting tool positioned planar to the contact surfaces of the cantilevers at a point along the alignment fork, the cutting tool to separate the one or more deckboards abutting the contact surfaces from the one or more stringers.

    摘要: An oscillating blade saw used for cutting a wide range of construction materials, vehicular materials, and general structural materials. The saw is inherently safer than prior art cutting tools such as circular saws, jig saws, band saws, and the like, while being effective in cutting many materials that are cut by prior art power saws. The oscillating blade saw of the present invention comprises an electrical motor coupled to one end of a drive shaft, the motor being powered by either AC utility power or self-contained, rechargeable batteries. An output shaft is mounted in the distal end of the tool, and includes a cam follower impinging on a cam mounted on the drive shaft. The cam and follower are dimensioned so that the output shaft oscillates through an angular excursion of a few degrees or less. A disc-like saw blade is mounted on the output shaft, the blade having non-direction saw teeth extending from the edge thereof. The blade may be circular, trianguloid, ellipsoid, or the like, depending upon the nature and purpose of the cut to be made. The blade disc may be hardened to cut dense and tough materials. The tool may be fashioned as a hand-held device, with a tubular neck extending from the motor housing to enclose the drive shaft and provide a handle for grasping, or may comprise a table saw, or a radial arm saw. Alternatively, the output shaft and cam assembly may be driven through a flexible cable shaft by a stationary motor to provide enhanced maneuverability and flexibility in use.

    摘要: A reciprocating saw includes a blade assembly having a spindle and a blade clamp. The blade clamp includes a cover rotatably coupled to the spindle, and a detent movable in a radial direction to adjust the blade clamp between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. The cover is rotatable between a first rotational position relative to the spindle coinciding with the locked configuration, and a second rotational position relative to the spindle coinciding with the unlocked configuration. The reciprocating saw further includes a barrel surrounding at least a portion of the blade clamp. The barrel includes a plurality of projections extending from the barrel toward the blade clamp. At least one of the projections is engageable with the cover to rotate the cover from the second rotational position to the first rotational position, thereby adjusting the blade clamp from the unlocked configuration toward the locked configuration.

    摘要: A band saw and a saber saw are both provided on the same table top working surface, and both are operable at the same time so that a pair of parallel cuts (either arcuate or straight) may be made in a workpiece at the same time. The saber saw blade has a vertical position thereof which is parallel to the vertical plane of the band saw blade, and the saber saw is adjustable with respect to the band saw to provide for cutting pieces of material of different widths. The saber saw blade is also pivotal from the vertical position thereof to a horizontal position wherein it is below the table top working surface, so that the band saw alone may be used. A workpiece resting member associated with the saber saw allows for pivoting of a workpiece with respect thereto to have an arcuate cut made therein by the band saw when the saber saw blade is in its horizontal position.

    摘要: A tree saw for sawing trees beneath ground level. A saw blade is attached to the front end of a land vehicle which has furrow forming blades on the sides thereof. Movable cutting bits are pivotally attached to the saw blade longitudinal side edges and each bit has two cutting edges. One cutting edge contacts a tree during a forward stroke of the saw blade to cut the tree, and the other cutting edge contacts the tree on the reverse stroke to cut the tree. A hydraulic cylinder connected to the land vehicle moves the blade sideways to cut the tree while the vehicle moves forward and/or rearward.
