    摘要： A mixing head has traces of the reactive mixture of synthetic resin components removed therefrom by insertion into a housing or rinsing flange into which a rinsing liquid, e.g. hot water, is forced via nozzles or orifices trained inwardly of the plane of the mixing head. The mixture of rinsing liquid and removed residue is passed through a bag filter in which the residue is collected and the rinsing liquid is recirculated.

    摘要： Molded articles comprising at least one layer of polyurethane are produced in a batch process by mixing polyurethane-forming components to form a reactive mixture that is flowed through a channel having at least one opening through which a gas is introduced and sprayed on a substrate surface. The device suitable for carrying out this batch process includes a cylindrical mixing chamber, a flow channel through which the reactive mixture flows and is sprayed onto the surface of a substrate where it cures thereon. The flow channel is cleaned by a stream of gas.

    摘要： A dispenser for mixing foam precursor chemicals and dispensing the foamable mixture includes a first module containing shutoff valves and a second module containing a dispensing valve assembly. The dispensing valve assembly includes a valve body of a self-lubricating material and a valving rod which is reciprocatingly retracted in a valve passage of the valve body to uncover orifices which supply the precursor fluids into the valve passage, from which the mixed chemicals are dispensed. The dispensing valve assembly includes a die spring which urges a washer to compress the valve body along its axis to help prevent cold flow of the valve body away from the valving rod. The valving rod is scraped by inner surfaces of the hole in the washer through which the valving rod is retracted and extended. The die spring is preloaded and retained by a load cylinder which is fixed in the bore in the second housing which contains the dispensing valve.
