摘要: Provided is an ultrafine bubble generation device. A device 10 includes a rotary blower 31a, a rotary mixer 11, and a bubble shear filter 21. The rotary mixer 11 includes a hollow part 13 including a vertex X inside, an inflow hole 12 for introducing a fluid and a discharge hole 16. In an inner wall surface of the hollow part 13, a groove 14 having a spiral shape for the fluid introduced from the inflow hole 12 is provided, and the discharge hole 16 is provided away from the vertex X of the spiral shape on an axis of the spiral shape. The bubble shear filter 21 is provided with a hollow part inside, and includes an inflow hole 24 for introducing the fluid into the hollow part, and a discharge hole 26 for discharging the fluid. The hollow part is tubular, a plurality of plate-like thin plates 22 and 23 are arranged perpendicularly to a central axis of the hollow part such that the central axis passes through a center point of each circular plate, adjacent thin plates are provided with a plurality of openings and a plurality of pointed end portions, and a pointed end portion 25a and an opening 25b of the adjacent thin plates are arranged to face each other.

摘要: A fuel and gas mixing structure for an engine is provided. This mixing structure includes a body configured to be positioned between a fuel injector and a cylinder of an engine. The body defines an interior volume that is configured to receive gas (e.g., air) from outside the body and to receive one or more streams of fuel from the fuel injector in the interior volume. The body also includes one or more upper channels and one or more lower channels that are configured to provide a substantially similar amount of flow relative to each other to the interior volume The body also defines one or more mixture conduits configured to conduct plumes of the fuel and gas, while mixing, from the interior volume to one or more exit ports and therethrough to the cylinder.

摘要: A system and method for introducing a slurry mixture for making gypsum board is disclosed. The system includes, for example, a mixer, a foam injector, and a canister for mixing and moving a slurry mixture of foam and gypsum slurry. Also included in the system is an apparatus having a funnel body constructed and arranged to further mix the slurry mixture. The funnel body includes a number of baffles projecting from its inner wall towards a center and that are spaced around the inner wall. The baffles induce turbulence into the slurry mixture as the slurry mixture moves towards its outlet, thus further mixing the mixture and reducing the flow rate of the slurry mixture before its exits from the outlet for depositing onto paper to form the gypsum board.

The mixer is in communication with sources or streams of at least two separate components which, when mixed, form a combined fluid stream. The sources or streams may be, at least initially, on opposite sides of the mixer, or the sources or streams may be on the upstream side of the mixer with an outlet disposed downstream of the mixer. A related method may include providing a mixer comprising a three-dimensional lattice defining a plurality of tortuous, interconnecting passages therethrough, and selecting a material for the mixer based on physical characteristics of said material, said characteristics including a selected one or more of mean flow pore size, thickness and porosity volume.

摘要: A method for operating an oxycombustion engine system includes passing a nitrogen-depleted gas, a fuel, and a recycled exhaust gas into a combustion chamber, combusting a mixture of the nitrogen-depleted gas, the fuel, and the recycled exhaust gas, thereby producing an exhaust gas including carbon dioxide, detecting a pressure of the recycled exhaust gas passed to the combustion chamber, determining whether the detected pressure of the recycled exhaust gas is less than a configurable pressure threshold, and in response to determining that the detected pressure of the recycled exhaust gas is less than the configurable pressure threshold, increasing the pressure of the recycled exhaust gas passed to the combustion chamber.
