    摘要: A mixing system for mixing fluids or the like in a mixing vessel. The mixing system includes a fixed conduit connected to the top portion of the vessel extends into the vessel. The system also has a rotating shaft having disposed within the fixed conduit that rotates within the fixed conduit while the mixing system is in operation. An impeller is attached to the rotating shaft. The impeller blade has a flat central disk portion, at least a pair of extensions extending from a central disk portion, and at least two leading edges defined by the outer periphery of the disk portion. Each leading edge spans from one extension to an adjacent extension, and each leading edge has at least a portion at which the radius of the leading edge from the center increases to form a continuous increasing radius curve. Each leading edge forms an increasing radius spiral edge surface in between the extensions.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an aerator apparatus. It comprises an aerator with at least one blade driven around a central axis, and a motor coupled to the at least one blade such that the operation of the motor in a first or a second direction results in the operation of the blade in a corresponding first or second direction. The aerator apparatus further comprises a control device comprising a monitoring mechanism to monitor the current drawn by the motor; and a control mechanism to control the direction of the motor. The monitoring mechanism detects a certain value of the current drawn by the motor and the control mechanism is adapted to direct the motor and coupled at least one blade operating in the first direction to do at least one of (i) stop and/or (ii) operate in the second direction. In preferred embodiments, the monitoring mechanism monitors the current drawn by the motor in relation to one or more of the voltage and frequency applied to the motor. An advantage of certain embodiments of the present invention is that they provide an economical unblocking solution for wastewater aerators where the control device detects a change in the current drawn by the motor, and instructs the motor to direct the aerator into a clean cycle to try to dislodge debris built up during normal flow, when the aerator is running clean.

The apparatus includes a high-pressure homogenizing mechanism (1) in which a suspension (2) or semisolid (2′) containing a raw material (G) is passed through the orifice (3) to be subdivided; and a material receiving passage (8) communicated with the high-pressure homogenizing mechanism (1). One of the inserting member (5) and the material processing piston (4) is moved relatively to each, thereby the suspension or semisolid including the raw material is transferred into the material receiving passage (8) so as to be subdivided and processed. When the material processing piston is moved back over open end (6a) of the material processing recess, the cleaning liquid (W) is introduced through the material receiving passage into the material processing recess and the inside of the material processing recess is cleaned.
