摘要: A method in which a stream of dry cementitious powder from a dry powder feeder passes through a dry cementitious powder inlet conduit to feed a first feed section of a fiber-slurry mixer. An aqueous medium stream passes through at least one aqueous medium stream conduit to feed a first mixing section the fiber-slurry mixer. A stream of reinforcing fibers passes from a fiber feeder through a reinforcing fibers stream conduit to feed a second mixing section of the fiber-slurry mixer. The stream of dry cementitious powder, aqueous medium stream, and stream of reinforcing fibers combine in the fiber-slurry mixer to make a stream of fiber-cement mixture which discharges through a discharge conduit at a downstream end of the mixer.

摘要: A mixing unit includes a mixing body having mixing elements that are stacked in a stacking direction and that extend in an extending direction in which the extending direction is perpendicular to the stacking direction. The mixing elements have a plurality of through holes to form a flow path therein, and are arranged such that part or all of the through holes in one of the mixing elements communicate with through holes in the adjacent mixing elements to allow fluid to be passed in the extending direction in which the mixing elements extend. The mixing unit may be employed in an agitation impeller or an adhesive dispensing unit.

The dough mixing assembly includes a dough mixing bowl, a top cover, a transmission shaft connected to the motor and is arranged in the dough mixing bowl, a dough mixing unit connected to the transmission shaft and including an upper end, and a scraper unit detachably connected to the upper end of the dough mixing unit. The scraper unit includes a first bowl wall scraper including a first blade fitted to an inner wall of the dough mixing bowl, a second bowl wall scraper including a second blade fitted to the inner wall of the dough mixing bowl, wherein the second bowl wall scraper is arranged opposite to the first bowl wall scraper, and a central scraper including a third blade matched with an outer wall of the transmission shaft.

摘要: A dynamic mixer head has a connecting cover, a rotor and a housing. The connecting cover has a rotor opening. The rotor has a first rotor axle mounted in the rotor opening and a mixing rotor connected with the first rotor axle. The mixing rotor has multiple vaned inner rotors with quarter-circle shaped multiple vanes and a vaned front rotor opposite to a second rotor axle of the mixing rotor with multiple vanes complementary to the multiple vanes of the multiple vaned inner rotors. The housing mounted to the connecting cover has at least two grooves disposed on the circular partition. Each of the at least two grooves has a spacer along each of the at least two grooves. The dynamic mixer head can enhance the mixing effect of two different component substances during rotation.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a process for the preparation of polyethylene by polymerizing in a slurry ethylene and optionally one or more C3 to C10 alpha-olefins. In some embodiments, the polymerization is carried out in a cylindrical polymerization reactor equipped with an agitator for mixing the contents of the reactor and inducing a flow of the slurry, the ethylene is fed into the reactor by an ethylene injection system comprising one or more injection nozzles which project through the bottom reactor head or through the reactor wall and extend from 0.02-0.5 times the inner diameter D into the reactor, and the ethylene exits the injection nozzle with an exit velocity from 10-200 m/s.

摘要: The present invention relates to an in-line mixing apparatus and use therein for adding a polymer solution and dewatering an aqueous mineral suspension. Said method comprises statically mixing the aqueous mineral suspension with a poly(ethylene oxide) (co) polymer to form a dough-like material. The viscous mixture material is then dynamically mixed in an in-line reactor 40 to reduce the mixture viscosity and to form microflocs and release water. Said method is particularly useful for the treatment of suspensions of particulate material, especially waste mineral slurries, especially for the treatment of tailings and other waste material resulting from mineral processing, in particular, the processing of oil sands tailings.

This system includes an impeller unit in which an impeller constituted by a first rotor and a second rotor is configured in multi stages, in which the first rotor and the second rotor are driven in reverse rotational states to each other by driving motors of the respective rotors and respective target materials to be mixed sequentially pass between the multi-stage impeller units at once by a one-pass method, and as a result, a total working time for processing of dispersion-emulsion is significantly shortened, uniformity of a particle size is enhanced by micro shearing (cutting) of the respective mixed materials.
