    摘要: A textile printing apparatus and method is disclosed. An example textile printing apparatus includes a first printing surface configured to support a first portion of a textile to be printed on. The example textile printing apparatus also includes a second printing surface configured to support a second portion of the textile in substantially a same printing plane as the first portion of the textile. The example textile printing apparatus also includes a slot formed adjacent the second printing surface. For a printing operation, a body of the textile is mounted over the first printing surface, and an inner portion of the textile is pulled through the slot and mounted, over the second printing surface. The printing operation proceeds in substantially the same printing plane onto both the outer printing surface and the inner printing surface without removing the textile during the printing operation.

An example textile printing apparatus includes a first printing surface configured to support a first portion of a textile to be printed on. The example textile printing apparatus also includes a second printing surface configured to support a second portion of the textile in substantially a same printing plane as the first portion of the textile.     摘要: A rotary cylindrical-screen printing apparatus for specularly printing equal patterns and/or colors onto the opposite faces of a fabric is disclosed, comprising two rotary screen printing machines, each equipped with electromechanical means for synchronizing the speed of the belt with the speed of the printing rollers, in which said machines are coupled by arranging one machine over the other, the fabric entering the underlying machine and thereafter entering the second upper machine which prints the opposite face of the fabric, the second machine comprising a transmission roller associated with its belt having a diameter equal to at least twice the diameter of the contiguous roller of the first machine, the apparatus comprising means for synchronizing the speeds of the printing rollers of two machines, including a transducer linked to the speed of the belt of a machine, whose outgoing frequency signal is sent to pilot the electrohydraulic motors controlling the printing rollers of both machines and means for synchronizing the speeds and phase of the two belts by linking the speed of the belt of one machine with the speed of the other belt through digital-analogue converters effecting a comparison between frequency signals picked up proportionally to the speeds of the two belts so as to emit a signal for the correction of speed and phase, said signal being sent to a means for driving the belt of the controlled machine.

    摘要: Printing apparatus for printing machines of the type having cylindrical screens and an endless carrying belt is disclosed which comprises a squeegeeing device consisting of an elastic membrane expansible by means of a pressurized fluid (such as air), said membrane being associated with an equalizing bar placed between the said membrane and a blade made of a flexible and elastic material acting on the internal surface of the screen with an acute incidence angle, said squeegeeing device being opposed to a counterpressure table inclined with respect to said endless carrying belt, said counterpressure table being provided with a lining consisting of layers of soft and yielding material and of an anti-frictional thin plate. The zone of contact between said endless carrying belt and said counterpressure table is placed downstream of the contact zone between the endless carrying belt and said screen. The said counterpressure table forms with the horizontal plane tangent to said screen an angle between 3* and 6*.
