    摘要: In a transfer mold body, a display portion is formed from a crystalline resin and a main body portion is formed from an amorphous resin. Accordingly, a transfer layer is only transferred to the amorphous resin formed main body portion that has good transfer properties for the transfer layer, and the transfer layer is not transferred to the crystalline resin formed display portion that has poor transfer properties for the transfer layer. Accordingly, only the main body portion is decorated by the transfer layer, with the display portion to which the transfer layer is not transferred visibly displayed as the letter. Accordingly, since printing process is not necessary, suppressing an increase in cost of the transfer mold body. Moreover, the position of the letter is determined by two-color molding of the main body portion and the display portion, enabling positional displacement of the letter to be suppressed.

The operation method of the device may include transferring a single sheet to the stamping-control units by the sheet-conveying unit, gripping and transferring the sheet to the stamping-control units by a gripper bar, to stamp or indent; transferring the sheet to the die-cutting unit to complete the die-cutting work; transferring the sheet to the waste edges removing unit to remove part of the waste edges; transferring the sheet to the blanking unit to collect all finished product; and transferring the last remaining waste edges to the waste removing unit.

    摘要: A printing method for moulded plastics articles comprises printing of selected indicia onto an elastomeric film (2), locating the printed film (2) in a mould cavity (3) with the printed surface facing inwardly and the evacuating the air space between the film (2) and the mould surface (8). With the printed film (2) located firmly against the mould cavity (3), the film (2) is manipulated to bring the printed indicia into register with surface features of the mould (8). Plastics material is injected into the mould cavity (4) and during solidification, the printed indicia is transferred from the film (2) to the surface of the moulded article with the printed indicia in accurate register with surface features of the moulded article.
