    摘要： A waste recycling mechanism is disposed on a film cutting machine and includes a fixing plate fixed to a cutting template of the film cutting machine, a pressing-head device disposed on the fixing plate, a tape, a tape reel and a collection device disposed on a platform of the film cutting machine. The tape is wound on the tape reel and is connected to the collection device after being wound on the pressing-head device. When the fixing plate moves downward with a cutting motion of the cutting template, the pressing-head device presses a film waste to make the tape attached to the film waste. When the fixing plate moves upward, the collection device reels in the tape to make a portion of the tape having the film waste separate from the pressing-head device and make a portion of the tape without any film waste wound on the pressing-head device.

A mating assembly interacts with the plurality of cutting blades to accomplish a multipoint cutting procedure which is facilitated by the concurrent rotation of the cutting roller and cutting blades as well as a linear reciprocal travel thereof transverse to the path of travel. A stabilizing assembly is provided to restrict the dimensional variance of the spacing between the cutting roller and mate roller through which the meat product travels and an ejecting assembly to remove cut portions from between the cutting blades and back onto the path of travel. The cutting assembly preferably includes a modular construction disposal within and removal from an operative position along a processing line associated with the path of travel.

    摘要： A cutting device includes a fixing plate, a revolving cylinder, an annular cutting blade, and an ejection bar. The fixing plate defines a first through hole. The revolving cylinder is threadedly engaged in the first through hole and defines a second through hole. The cutting blade defines a third through hole and is attached to the revolving cylinder. The revolving cylinder is rotatable relative to the fixing plate to move the cutting blade between an extended position and a retracted position. In the extended position, the cutting blade cuts a surface of the workpiece to create a round blind crack in the surface thereof, a portion of the workpiece being surrounded by the blind crack. In the retracted position, the cutting blade is moved away from the workpiece. The ejection bar is configured for pushing the surrounded portion out of the workpiece.

    摘要： There is provided a green sheet through-hole machining apparatus, and a through-hole machining method, that allows deterioration of positional precision of through-holes after perforation to be readily prevented. A releasing plate made of a metallic thin plate is removably set on an upper face of a lower base. Then, a green sheet is interposed between the lower and upper bases and the upper base is pressed by a pressurizing roller to press the green sheet toward the releasing plate. Then, the green sheet is punched by the projections to perforate the through-holes. After that, the green sheet is removed from the lower base together with the releasing plate.
