摘要: A fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell stack, a fuel tank, a body-side mounting portion, a main fuel pipe, a securing mechanism, and an elastic pipe. The fuel cell stack is disposed in a front section of the fuel cell vehicle. The fuel tank is disposed in a rear section of the fuel cell vehicle. The main fuel pipe connects the fuel tank and the body-side mounting portion. The elastic pipe is connected to the fuel cell stack at a first end of the elastic pipe and connected, via the securing mechanism, to the body-side mounting portion at a second end of the elastic pipe opposite to the first end such that the second end of the elastic pipe is disengaged from the body-side mounting portion when a load larger than a predetermined threshold load is applied to the securing mechanism.

摘要: Provided is a compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel system that can include a frame and at least one container. The frame can include a first side and a second side, with each side being configured to partly define a portion of an interior space. The at least one container can be configured to house or contain CNG and can be engaged to and partly encased by the frame. The at least one container can be partly located within the interior space of at least one of the first side or the second side. The frame assembly can be engaged to a chassis of a vehicle such that the at least one container is located either at least partially underneath a cab of the vehicle or at least partially behind a cab of the vehicle.

The frame may have: a first side; a first connecting member; and a second side. The second container may be configured to house or contain CNG and be engaged to and substantially shrouded by the second side of the frame. The first manifold may be engaged to and substantially shrouded by the first side of the frame. The second manifold may be engaged to and substantially shrouded by the second side of the frame. The casing may at least partially surround the frame, the first container, the first manifold, and the second manifold.

摘要: A natural gas system for a vehicle includes a fuel pod, a conduit defining a flow path, a fuel control module, and an accumulator. The fuel pod includes a fuel tank configured to store natural gas. The conduit includes a first end coupled to the fuel pod and a second end configured to be coupled to an engine. The fuel control module is disposed along the flow path and configured to regulate a flow of natural gas to the engine. The accumulator is disposed along the flow path downstream of the fuel control module. The accumulator is configured to buffer variations in the flow of natural gas such that the engine receives a consistent flow of natural gas.

The one or more securing portions are configured to hold a portion of a device between the flange of the body portion and the one or more securing portions to secure the fuel port to the device.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to efficiently mount a fuel cell system below a floor of a vehicle rear portion and to protect the fuel cell system when a forward impact force acts on a vehicle rear portion. To achieve this, a fuel cell vehicle in which a fuel cell system includes a gas tank is configured to store a fuel gas and a fuel cell unit formed by integrating a fuel cell stack, an intake duct, and an exhaust duct, the gas tank is disposed in a space below a rear floor connected to a front floor via a vertical wall portion and adjacent to the vertical wall portion, and the fuel cell unit is disposed behind the gas tank. In the fuel cell vehicle, an axle beam extending in a vehicle width direction and connecting left and right rear wheels to each other is disposed behind the gas tank, the fuel cell unit is disposed between the axle beam and a rear bumper, and vertical walls of front and rear portions of the fuel cell stack are covered with at least one of an upstream portion of the intake duct and a downstream portion of the exhaust duct.
