A valve seat of the fixed valve is embodied on the valve body and the valve seat of the movable valve is embodied on the valve member of the fixed valve. A movable sealing element seals off the two valve chambers from one another. The sealing element, for the sake of achieving the least possible hysteresis, is embodied as a metal bellows that extends through the first valve chamber and on each end is fixed in sealed fashion, on the valve member of the fixed valve and on the valve body.
