    摘要: An inhibit path diagnostic system includes a first control module. The first control module includes a message output and transmits a first message from the message output to a controller area network (CAN) via a message transmission path. An inhibit path circuit includes the message transmission path. A second control module transmits a disable control signal to the inhibit path circuit to disable the message transmission path. The first control module transmits a second message from the message output subsequent to and based on the transmitting of the disable control signal. At least one of the first control module and the second control module detects a fault of the inhibit path circuit subsequent to the transmitting of the second message and based on a feedback signal from the CAN.

    摘要: An electric control unit may include a behavior check unit, a drive information store unit, a classify unit, a count unit and a condition set unit. The behavior check unit determines whether a vehicle behavior is generated by comparing the vehicle behavior with a detection condition. The drive information store unit stores information of the vehicle behavior in a memory unit drive when the vehicle behavior is generated. The classify unit classifies the vehicle behavior into one of a plurality of behavior classes. The behavior classes are arranged to classify the vehicle behavior according to a magnitude of the vehicle behavior. The count unit controls a counter for each behavior class according to the classification of the vehicle behavior. Based on the counters of each of the behavior classes, the condition set unit sets the detection condition as a boundary condition of one of the behavior classes.

    摘要: Systems, methods and devices are provided that allow more efficient transfer and processing of sensor information in a hierarchical data system. The system provides for a plurality of component area managers (CAM), each of the CAMS being in operable communication with at least one of a plurality of transducers that monitors a phenomena of a component and in operable communication with a data bus. A CAM comprises a processor in operable communication with the at least one transducer of the plurality of transducers, wherein the first processor is configured to record data generated by the at least one transducer of the plurality of transducers, to reduce the recorded data, to place the reduced data on the data bus. The system also includes a transducer selection module controlled by the first processor by which the first processor selects one of the plurality of transducers to record and a rolling buffer in operable communication with the first processor and in operable communication with the at least one transducer by which to record the data generated by the at least one transducer of the plurality in a first-in-first-out manner.

    摘要: Systems and methods for real time and predictive diagnostics of vehicle electronic components. Circuit boards and similar vehicle electronic devices have input/output speeds on the order of tens of gigahertz (GHz). Signal integrity can be affected when operating in real time while a high speed signal travels across circuit boards. To maintain signal integrity, hardware around high speed signals is designed to match impedance and transmission lengths. Additionally, differences can occur from circuit board to circuit board due to aging during vehicle operation, and tolerances in the manufacturing process. Systems and methods are provided herein to compensate for the tolerances in the manufacturing process. The real time and predictive diagnostics of vehicle electronic components provided herein can prevent on-road vehicle failures.

    摘要: A system for real-time control selection and calibration in a vehicle using a deep-Q network (DQN) includes sensors and actuators disposed on the vehicle. A control module has a processor, memory, and input/output (I/O) ports in communication with the one or more sensors and the one or more actuators. The processor executes program code portions that cause the sensors actuators to obtain vehicle dynamics and road surface estimation information and utilize the vehicle dynamics information and road surface estimation information to generate a vehicle dynamical context. The system decides which one of a plurality of predefined calibrations is appropriate for the vehicle dynamical context, generates a command to the actuators based on a selected calibration. The system continuously and recursively causes the program code portions to execute while the vehicle is being operated.
