摘要: The present invention describes mixed cargoes barges or carriers (100,100a,200,300,400,500) for carrying bulk cargoes (BC), shipping containers (132, 134), IMO tanks, general cargoes and fluid cargoes. The bulk cargoes and shipping containers can be transported on load-plates (110,110L,110R,110a-110f,210,210L,210R) that are configured pivotably on a deck (108, 208) or in a hull (103), whilst fluid cargoes are stored in storage tanks (130,230) located below the deck or in the hull (103). The bulk cargoes can be discharged by tilting the load-plate or loading the bulk cargoes on tilted load-plates, so that the bulk cargoes fall onto an adjacent conveyor (150,250). When a load plate or a segmented load-plate is emptied of bulk cargoes, the empty load space can then be utilized to carry shipping containers, IMO tanks or general cargoes. Various ways of folding and stowing away the segmented load-plates to free up loading spaces for mixed cargoes.

摘要: Specially designed to carry out unlocking shipping containers, eliminating the physical risks for port personnel, includes a telescopic load-bearing structure (1) that can be moved up with a port crane (3), and at its ends, pairs of lateral frames emerge (5-5′) that have a robotic mechanism (6) on their inner faces, with at least three degrees of movement for a claw for catch onto the handles (11) for opening different types of securing mechanisms (12) of the container (13). The claw has at least one degree of freedom of movement, while the robotic mechanism (6) is assisted by artificial vision (14) and motion systems (16) that are remotely operated, assisted, or fully automatic.

摘要: A removal chock for securing coolers, storage bins, and tool boxes on boats, and cargo areas of vehicles and trailers and the like. The low-profile base mounts to any flat surface, and allows the chock to be installed and uninstalled from the base without the use of any tools. The chock can be removed from the base when not being used and the base remains installed. The low-profile design of the base greatly reduces the potential trip hazard, as well as offers an aesthetically pleasing appearance than a permanently installed chock.

摘要: A fastening device for establishing a self-adjusting fastening connection between at least two elements. The fastening device includes a frame having at least one opening and a connection to one of the at least two elements. It includes a rod with corrugations, the rod being movable through the at least one opening and it includes a connection to one of the at least two elements and a holding device including at least two locking elements, each locking element including at least one surface including dents/grooves corresponding to the corrugations. The frame or the holding device includes an at least partly tapered shape, and an elastic mechanism forcing the holding device against the frame and thereby the locking elements against each other. A method of establishing a fastening connection between at least two elements with a fastening device is also included.

摘要: A configuration for the deck of a marine vessel, wherein parallel and perpendicular travel paths, for movement of individual OBS unit storage baskets, are formed along a deck utilizing, in part, the storage baskets themselves. A portion of the deck is divided into a grid defined by a series of low-to-the-deck perpendicular and parallel rails and each square in the grid is configured to hold an OBS unit storage basket. Around the perimeter of the grid is an external containment wall which has a greater height than the rails. Storage baskets seated within the grid are configured to selectively form internal containment walls. Opposing internal and external containment walls define travel paths along which a storage basket can be moved utilizing a low, overhead gantry. A basket need only be lifted a minimal height above the deck in order to be moved along a path. The containment walls and the deck itself constraining uncontrolled swinging of baskets, even in onerous weather or sea conditions. The system is flexible to meet the needs of a desired operation since the internal walls of the grid can be reconfigured as desired in order to free up a particular storage basket or define a particular travel path.

摘要: A twistlock for securing a structure to a corner fitting having an ISO aperture. The twistlock includes a main body, a first clamping cam toggle pivotally mounted within the main body and a second clamping cam toggle pivotally mounted within the main body. The twistlock also includes a T-clamp screw having a body portion, a threaded end portion and a clamping portion, where the body portion extends through an opening in the main body and between the first and second cam toggles so that the clamping portion is positioned adjacent to an outside of a bottom wall of the main body. The T-clamp screw is rotatable to engage an underside of a wall in the corner fitting and the first and second cam toggles are pivotable to engage edges of the aperture in the fitting.
