摘要： An insulation system for an aircraft fuselage uses a plurality of stringers extending longitudinally. An insulation blanket is configured for installation on the stringers and a plurality of stringer clips are attached to and extend from an outboard side of the insulation blanket. Each stringer clip has a connecting flange engaged to a cover of the insulation blanket. A first attachment arm extends outboard from a first end of the connecting flange and terminates in a first hook resiliently engaging the stringer. A second attachment arm extends outboard from a second end of the connecting flange and terminates in a second hook resiliently engaging the stringer.

A bobbin within the clamp surrounds the line or harness, wherein the bobbin is smaller than the clamp and is circular in shape to enable rotation of the bobbin within the clamp. The bobbin includes two separate complementary parts that fit together around the line or harness. Each of the two separate complementary parts include a tab and a recess, wherein the tab of one of the complementary parts fits into the recess on the other of the complementary parts.

摘要： A finished floor assembly covers a floor area of an aircraft and includes a subfloor, a padding assembly, and a finish flooring layer. Noise radiates from the subfloor due to vibrations transmitted by an aircraft structure. The padding assembly attenuates the noise and includes a first pad layer, a second pad layer, and a plurality of discontinuous couplings. The first pad layer abuts the subfloor. The second pad layer is adjacent to the first pad layer. The plurality of discontinuous couplings are laterally separated from each other along the floor area by void portions. The discontinuous couplings secure the first pad layer to the second pad layer and the first pad layer and the second pad layer are in contact at the void portions. The finish flooring layer disposed overtop the padding assembly.

摘要： A mounting clip may be provided that is configured to be secured to a stiffener and provide attachment of external components to the stiffener. In one example, the mounting clip includes a frame with a base and legs. Opposing engagement members extend from the legs. The opposing engagement members each include a pair of deformable flexures and a pad, which engages a surface of the stiffener. The stiffener may be inserted into a channel defined by engagement members and translated upwards, thus, translating the pads upward and inward. Subsequently, the pads and deformable flexures provide a compressive clamping stress on the stiffener and therefore permanently secure the mounting clip to the stiffener.

The system also includes a male fastener assembly having a post with a slot therein. The slot receives a portion of the receiver portion when the switch member is in the fastening position.
