    摘要: A portable roller dislodging device is disclosed. The device is configured to dislodge a jammed roller of a conventional conveyor. The device may be detachably secured to the rail of the conveyor about any selectively-desired position. The device includes a motor, a rotating motor shaft, and a means for coupling the motor shaft to the jammed roller to facilitate dislodgement thereof. The device may be operated remotely via a wireless remote control device.

    摘要: A roller with an eddy current brake includes a roller shell that is rotatably supported in a stationary bearing, wherein the eddy current brake, within the roller shell, includes an eddy current receiver connected thereto and a stationary magnet. The eddy current brake is formed with a shielding tube made of a ferromagnetic material (steel), which at one end is fixedly connected with a carrier with the rod, the carrier being made of a non-magnetizable material (aluminum), wherein the shielding tube is arranged at a distance of a further air gap from the roller shell and at a distance of a further air gap from the eddy current receiver. By reason of the roller 5, one achieves that the start of the rotation of the roller shell 11 takes place without remagnitization and thus more smoothly.

    摘要: An non-contact article rotating device is disclosed that rotates articles without impacting or contacting the article other than the bottom of the article. The device is designed to accept a stream of articles with minimum gaps between them, and rotate only those that are programmed to be rotated. The device accepts any combination of rotated and non-rotated articles and can rotate them through angles up to and through 360 degrees. One embodiment of the disclosed device uses only one single-speed drive motor and pneumatic components to operate two conveyor roller sections. While one conveyor roller section maintains a constant speed, the conveyor rollers of the second conveyor roller section are sequentially braked and unbraked to rotate an article that is positioned partially on the first conveyor roller section and partially on the second conveyor roller section. The difference in speeds between the two conveyor sections rotates the article.

And finally, in order to simplify contacting of the stator during the production thereof, a divisible arbor is provided which comprises corresponding contact supports on both parts of the arbor.
