    摘要: A conveyor controller for being implemented into a conveyor system includes control circuitry and one or more network interfaces for coupling with other conveyor controllers. In one embodiment, the control circuitry configured for detecting whether another conveyor controller is connected and to determine which network interface is used in order to set the direction of the conveyor system. In another embodiment, the control circuitry is configured, to receive configuration data from a conveyor controller connected to a network interface, and to detect if another conveyor controller is and to transmit configuration message to another conveyor controller that includes additional configuration data associated with the conveyor controller. In still another embodiment, the control circuitry transmits configuration data to a replacement conveyor controller upon getting a request from the replacement conveyor controller that has been connected to a network interface.

    摘要: A transferring assembly for displacing products conveyed by a conveying system from a primary feed direction to a secondary direction, includes: a plurality of transferring units arranged adjacent in the cross direction and adapted to form a conveying plane; each transferring unit including at least one conveying element that rotates around an axis of transversal rotation; at least one activating device of the rotation of the at least one conveying element to drive the angular rotation of the axis of transversal rotation with respect to an axis substantially orthogonal to the primary direction and the axis of transversal rotation. Each transversal rotation axis of each transferring unit is adapted to angularly rotate, with respect to an axis substantially orthogonal to the primary direction and to the axis of transversal rotation driven by the activating device, independently with respect to the transversal rotation axis of the transversally adjacent transferring unit.

    摘要: This invention relates generally to a conveyor assembly for separating and aligning parcels, packages, bags and other articles prior to processing with a singulator. The stepped wall assembly includes a low friction conveying surface having both forward and lateral conveying forces for moving articles toward a lateral sidewall and a downstream conveyor. A series of offsets disposed between straight and diverging sidewalls force parcels toward the center of the conveyor against the lateral forces of the low friction conveying surface gradually separating and converging the parcels toward a selected sidewall of the conveyor and in line with a singulator apparatus.
