Abstract: A continuous production system continuously produces a product from a raw material powder. The system includes a first processor that performs a first process on the raw material powder, a second processor that performs a second process on the powder on which the first process has been performed by the first processor, and a test chamber through which the powder being sent from the first processor to the second processor passes. A cleaner blows gas from an inlet side opening formed in the inner face of a channel connected to the test chamber from the first processor on the downstream side of an inlet side gate valve for opening and closing the channel toward a direction to form a swirling flow along the inner face of the channel.

Abstract: A belt and a belt conveyor are provided for transporting particulate material and especially oilseeds up the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.

Abstract: A multi-chamber funneling hopper having at least first and second frustum-shaped containers, with the second container being disposed above the first container. The first container includes a first inwardly-sloping wall and three non-inwardly-sloping walls, the walls defining a first chamber having a first inlet and a first outlet positioned below the first inlet and of smaller area than the first inlet. Abstract: An unloading conveyor system for unloading grain through the floor of a grain bin. A removeable cover is vertically supported by the plurality of ribs to cover the span of the midpan to allow maintenance. The midpan comprises a plurality of slots and ledges to receive and support the ribs to allow easy installation and maintenance. A central pit having an internal portion and an access support wall also provides easy installation and maintenance. The first bearing mount, second bearing mount, and roller are all accessible for service through the internal portion of the central pit.

Abstract: An aggregate transferring apparatus for elevating aggregate may include a base assembly with a base frame, an unloader structure on the base frame, and a base conveyor on the base frame positioned to receive aggregate from a vehicle positioned on the unloader structure. The apparatus may also include an aggregate elevating assembly with a deployable frame mounted on the base frame and being movable between storage and deploy positions, and an elevating conveyor for receiving aggregate from the base conveyor and conveying the aggregate upwardly on the deployable frame. The apparatus may further include a conveyor extension assembly for conveying aggregate horizontally outward from the elevating assembly. The extension assembly may include an extension conveyor movable between lowered and raised positions and being articulated with an inboard and outboard segments.

Abstract: The invention is a dispensing module for use in delivering measured doses of feed supplement to an animal. It comprises a storage container for holding the supplement and a metering module that is rotatably connected to the storage container for dispensing a measured (pre-determined) dose of the supplement. The dispensing module is adapted to be moved between an open configuration and a closed configuration. In the open configuration, the measured dose of the supplement is able to be dispensed out of the dispensing module. In the closed configuration, the measured dose of the supplement is prevented from being dispensed out of the dispensing module. Compressed air can be used to send the dose to an outlet when the dispensing module is closed.

A first recess is defined between second long cleat section of the first cleats, the third long cleat section of the second cleats, the short cleat section of the first cleats and the short cleat section of the second cleats.
