摘要: Input stacks of value documents are inserted in an input pocket of the value document processing apparatus, transported through the apparatus, checked and sorted into different deposit pockets of the value document processing apparatus, wherein reject value documents are deposited separately from the valid value documents. The reject value documents are automatically transported back to the input pocket with the aid of a reject transport device, to check the reject value documents again with the same value document processing apparatus (rerun). The reject transport device has several reject transport units, in which the reject value documents from the different input stacks are deposited separately from each other, and a reader for reading in the machine-readable identifier of the respective reject transport unit used for assigning the reject value documents of the respective reject transport unit to the input stack to which these reject value documents belong.

摘要: An apparatus is provided for gathering signatures along a conveying section of a circulating conveyor provided with spaced-apart pushers that are attached to a traction mechanism. The apparatus includes a delivery station adapted for being arranged along the conveying section. The delivery station includes a downward slanted conveying path wherein the signatures are supplied via the downward slanted conveying path from the delivery station to the conveyor approximately in synchronism with movement of the circulating conveyor. The conveying path includes a convex conveying section followed by a concave conveying section in the conveying direction for the signatures.

摘要: An apparatus for forming stacks of flat workpieces and for banding or banderoling the stacks includes a stacking station, a banding or banderoling station, and an endless conveyor for cyclically conveying stacking shafts provided to the endless conveyor. A respective first band guide is formed on a respective one of the stacking shafts and a second band guide is disposed in the banding station. The second band guide together with the respective first band guide form an at least approximately intrinsically closed guide path.

摘要: The present invention relates to a receiving area or stacking tray for items. Thc stacking tray may be flat and the items mail items. The mail items may also be flat. The flat mail items are accommodated in an upright position. The receiving area has a stacking base, a stacking location, and a stack-retaining stack support which is movable in approximately horizontal stacking direction. Preceding the stacking location in the direction of stacking there is disposed a driven pusher unit likewise move in the direction of stacking, for emptying the tray, for which purpose the drive of the pusher unit can be controlled such that the pusher unit rapidly slides the stack out over the stacking base and the drive of the stack support can be controlled such that the stack support covers a larger distance tan the pusher unit in the course of the emptying

摘要: An apparatus for sorting photographs has an endless track, driven in upper and lower paths, which bears a plurality of racks, at regular spacings, which are placed in a loading position to receive sheets by groups. A plurality of tray boards form a rack between each two adjacent tray boards for receiving a group of the sheets. The tray board includes a bottom plate attached to the endless track and formed with two slots, a partition plate extending upwardly from the bottom plate to make the rack stand vertically when the rack is on the upper path. Two supporting brackets are secured to the partition plate and extend rearwardly from the partition plate for supporting thereon the group of sheets received in the rack, each supporting bracket being received in the slots of the bottom plate of another of the adjacent tray boards.

摘要: Downstream of a paper leaf stacking machine, e.g. a paper napkin folder, there is a device comprising supports on each of which is mounted at least one leaf separating finger. Each support is kept, by a stop, in a fixed position corresponding to that in which the paper folder forms and deposits the folded leaves. After a predetermined number of leaves have been deposited, the stop is disengaged and the finger is snapped in between one sheet and the next and so advances at least part of the way with the stack of folded sheets. At a certain point of the path, each pack of leaves, as marked by two successive fingers, is lifted out by a forceps or the like and each support is returned to its starting position.

摘要: The invention provides apparatus for separating portions of flat material cut-out from a web or sheet. First and second grippers respectively, which engage with first and second cut portions of flat material, are provided to travel along and define paths of motion for the first and second cut portions of flat material, which paths diverge from a point of separation. A feed conveyor is connected in front of the grippers and is synchronized with their drive.
