摘要: The present invention is located in the field of industrial biotechnology and sustainable agriculture, referring to a process of renewable origin for the production of fertilizer from by-products of animal origin, with an innovative raw material, animal blood in natura. The invention aims at the use of raw materials such as animal blood, both in natura form and in the form of blood meal, also considering a synergistic mixture of blood meal with in natura blood, to obtain fertilizers with innovative characteristics. The synergy promoted by the stages of the developed process, combined with the qualities of the selected raw materials, promoted the development of products with high levels of free natural amino acids, total organic carbon and organic matter. The developed fertilizer product can be applied in liquid form, as a liquid fertilizer, both in soil and in foliar form, as well as in solid form, after the introduction of a drying step at the end of processing. The product adds, depending on the chemical composition obtained, both fertilizer and soil conditioning agent characteristics. The invention results in sustainable products with high added value.

摘要: Disclosed herein are methods for producing a plant biostimulant from marine plants. In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a biostimulant product produced by a novel and nonobvious process. In yet another aspect the biostimulant increases crop yields, fruit production, flower sets, and plant size. Biostimulant is an organic, non-toxic product that increases plant growth and invigorates plants. The plant biostimulant is produced from marine plants including but not limited to various types of seaweed.

摘要: A digester system comprising a primary digester tank containing a primary feed material portion, a secondary digester tank containing a secondary feed material portion, a first conduit connected between the primary digester tank and the secondary digester tank to define a primary tank lower opening within the primary digester tank and a secondary digester tank lower opening within the secondary digester tank, and a flow control valve configured to allow or prevent flow of fluid through the first conduit. When the flow control valve is configured to allow flow of fluid through the first conduit, a portion of the primary feed material portion flows from the primary digester tank to the secondary digester tank to form the secondary feed material portion.

摘要: A method of composting human remains to produce a composting material. Human remains are placed into a vessel. A bulking agent mixture can be placed with the human remains in the vessel. The method also includes placing a compost solution in the vessel to accelerate the composting of the human remains. A system used in the process for composting human remains includes a vessel for receiving the human remains, a bulking agent mixture, and a compost solution. The system includes at least one opening in a lower part of the vessel for receiving a stream of air. The system also includes a lid for closing the human remains, the bulking agent mixture, and the compost solution in the vessel. Further, the system includes an outlet disposed in the vessel to permit the air from the at least one opening and unpleasant odors created in the vessel to be withdrawn from the vessel.

摘要: A method of producing fertilizer compositions while producing biogas is disclosed. The method comprises converting an organic material such as organic wastes into fertilizer compositions and biogas. The conversion of the organic material is performed in a fermentation process. In some embodiments, the method comprises preparing a fermenting mixture comprising a starting organic material, a starting bio-stimulant product comprising a plurality of microorganisms, and a starting nitrogen source, and fermenting the fermenting mixture in a fermentation environment for a first time interval to form a fermented mixture comprising the fertilizer composition.

摘要: A method of valuation of raw fines materials, comprising selectively screening, biotreatment or composting of raw fines materials or selection as fillers in composites. The method comprises screening the raw fines materials to Grade 1 comprising fines materials of a size of at most about 5 mm and Grade 2 comprising fines materials of a size larger than about 5 mm; and at least one of: A) bio-oxydating organic contaminants of the Grade 1; by adding and mixing organic amendment under controlled temperature, nutrients content and water content conditions and monitoring a content of organic contaminants until the content of organic contaminants stops decreasing; and B) composting the Grade 1; by adding and mixing organic amendment under controlled temperature, nutrients content and water content conditions, and monitoring pathogens content and respiration rate; and stopping the addition of organic amendment upon detection of absence of pathogens at a predetermined respiration rate.

摘要: Various implementations of the present disclosure are directed systems and methods of preparing a fertilizer product from cactus. The method includes grinding cladodes of one or more cactus plants into ground cactus and selecting prickly pear fruits from the one or more cactus plants. The method further includes combining the ground cactus, the selected prickly pear fruits, water, and a ruminal fluid in a first container to form a mixture. The method further includes storing the mixture in the first container for a first time period such that the mixture reacts to form a digestate. The method further includes storing the digestate in the first container or a second container for a second time period such that the digestate forms the fertilizer product.

摘要: There is disclosed a method of producing a soil remediant from liquid organic waste material in which the liquid organic waste material is concurrently pasteurised and digested by thermophilic aerobic digestion in the liquid phase in a single digester vessel. The organic waste material in the digester is maintained continuously at a temperature of at least 70° C. for at least an hour and the liquid organic waste material comprises at least 70% water and can be pumped. After a period of at least an hour a small amount of pasteurised organic waste material is removed and a corresponding amount of fresh organic waste material is added to the single digester vessel such that the temperature is maintained in a comfort zone of the thermophilic bacteria. In a preferred embodiment the thermophilic aerobic digestion is facilitated by micro-organisms including crenarchaeota. The liquid organic waste material can be combined with a microporous adsorbent. Also disclosed is a soil remediant comprising a microporous adsorbent and liquid organic waste material from the novel method. The microporous adsorbent may be a volcaniclastic sedimentary rock or diatomite or of vegetable origin such as biochar. The microporous adsorbent may be a powder or a granular material and may have particle sizes up to 2000 microns.
