    摘要: The present invention relates to ionic and nonionic polyamide modified polyurethane polymers for use in coating compositions, a method for forming the polymer and coating compositions containing these polymers. The polyamide modified polyurethane polymers of the present invention include polyamide formed from aromatic, aliphatic, or cycloaliphatic anhydrides or diacid halides and an amine containing compound such as amino alcohol, amino thiol, diamine or mixtures thereof, wherein the reactive terminii of the polyamide ere substituted by hydroxyl or thiol functional groups, together with a chain extending alcohol and diisocyanate functional monomer.

Heading B2E [Also in Division C3] A gas permeable laminated sheet is produced by forming a solution of a block copolymer having segments of a polyamide and a polymeric substance having a melting point of less than 80‹C, the solution also containing a dissolved elastomer, applying the solution to a coherent fibrouslayer, precipitating the copolymer from the solution to form a gel containing residual solvent and reducing the solvent content of the gel at a temperature below the glass temperature of the gel, whereby the copolymer tends to aggregate in interconnected micelles, generating pores in the gel. The solvent is preferably an aqueous solution of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal thiocyanate containing ethyl or methyl alcohol but other salts e.g. alkaline earth metal halides, ZnC1 2 and LiBr, are useful. The elastomer may be a copolymer of at least two acrylates, an acrylonitrile-alkyl acrylate copolymer, the alkyl group containing at least two carbon atoms, or an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer containing at least 40% of acrylonitrile units. The elastomer may be formed in situ in the salt solution which may contain the block polymer by copolymerizing acrylate with another, or with acrylonitrile. The polyamide may be a homo or random copolymer e.g. nylon or a copolymer of caprolactam and hexamethylene adipamide salt. The elastomer segment of the block polymer may be a polyether carrying terminal isocyanate groups, which may be reacted with an amine terminated polyamide in the presence of the solvent so that the copolymer is formed in solution. The weight ratio of the block copolymer to the elastomer may be between 2:3 and 3:2. The solution may be applied by doctor blade to a dense felt of crimped nylon bonded with an elastomer and the coated felt is washed with water to remove the thiocyanate.
