The polyether polyamide elastomer includes a diamine constituent unit derived from a polyether diamine compound (A-1) and a xylylenediamine (A-2) and a dicarboxylic acid constituent unit derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having a carbon number of from 4 to 20.

    摘要: The present invention provides a polyoxyalkylene amine-modified polyamideimide resin and a polyamideimide resin composition includes said polyoxyalkylene amine-modified polyamideimide resin, a thermosetting resin and a rubber elastomer, and may further include an inorganic filler. The polyamideimide resin composition of the present invention has high heat resistance and high bond strength and can achieve sufficient adhesion at lower temperature, for example, 160 to 180° C. Thus, the resin composition of the present invention is suitable for use in bonding circuit boards and IC members.

    摘要: Liquid amine terminated polyamide addition products having an average molecular weight of about 3,000 to about 10,000 are prepared by the non-catalytic reaction of a dicarboxylic acid having a molecular weight within the range of about 130 to about 700 with a higher molecular weight polyoxypropylene diamine having an average molecular weight within the range of about 1,500 to about 6,000 and with a lower molecular weight polyoxypropylene diamine having an average molecular weight within the range of about 200 to about 700, the reaction conditions including a temperature within the range of about 150.degree. to about 280.degree. C., a pressure of about 0.1 to 20 atmospheres and a reaction time of about 2 to about 5 hours.
