    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for reinforcing an assembly-type slope by using high-performance shotcrete and a reinforcing member, the method, after producing, at a batch plant, normal concrete having a compressive strength of 21-30 MPa and transporting the normal concrete to a construction site: forms a normal-strength shotcrete by mixing either fly ash or slag fine powder or low-grade mixed material in which fly ash or slag fine powder is mixed, in an increased fluidity state by mixing 20-40% of bubbles of the total volume; forms a high-performance shotcrete by mixing silica fumes and metakaolin or high-grade mixed material in which either silica fumes or metakaolin are mixed; and forms a color shotcrete by mixing coloring materials of iron oxide or carbon black, so as to sequentially construct an inner layer section, an outer layer section, and a surface layer section on the slope.

    摘要: The invention comprises a method of forming a slab on grade. The method comprises placing a first layer of insulating material horizontally on the ground and placing plastic concrete for a slab on grade on the first layer of insulating material. The plastic concrete is then formed into a desired shape having a top and sides. A second layer of insulating material is placed on the top of the plastic concrete and the first and second layers of insulating material are left in place until the concrete is at least partially cured. The second layer of insulating material is then removed. The product made by the method is also disclosed. A slab on grade is also disclosed.

    摘要: Concrete pavement of highways and streets is designed with preset strength safety level determined depending on the volumes of truck traffic. The choice of this level is based on the analysis of test results of thousands precast and prestressed structural members. Strength safety of pavement is equivalent to safety of design flexural strength of concrete estimated as a part of modulus of rupture. Thickness design of pavement with the preset strength safety level allows more complete utilization of flexural strength of concrete than that provided by the current design practice. If thickness of pavement is controlled by results of fatigue analysis, it means reduction of thickness of pavement by 8-10% as compared with that provided by the thickness design of these pavements according to Portland Cement Association Engineering Bulletin EB109P. It can be applied to any other methods of thickness design of concrete pavement as well as for PCA method.

    摘要: A fixed construction (10) comprises rigid piles (12) and a monolithic concrete floor slab resting (14) on the piles. The floor slab comprises straight zones connecting in two directions, ie. lengthwise and broadwise, the shortest distance between the areas of the floor slab above the piles. The floor slab (14) is reinforced by a combination of: (a) fibres (22) distributed over the volume of the floor slab (14); and (b) steel bars (16, 16′) located in those straight zones. This construction reduces considerably the amount of reinforcement steel, increases the bearing capacity and enables to reduce the time for making such a construction.

The ecological gradation layer provides an effect of supporting and also provides the functions of water storage, water preservation, and improving earth, whereby earth microorganisms and earth protozoa may establish a beneficial survival environment in earth, making the gradation layer exhibiting the characteristics of high water content and prompting breeding of microorganisms. When the atmosphere gets hot, water is released from the soil as vapor to alleviate the heat island effect and when rainwater precipitates, the rainwater can be stored for use in draughts.
