Abstract: The disclosure provides a heat insulation composite board and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat insulation composite board includes at least one heat insulation layer, at least one medium layer and at least one outer surface layer, wherein the heat insulation layer and the medium layer are joined into a whole in a physical manner; and the outer surface layer and the medium layer are joined into a whole in a chemical manner. According to the present disclosure, the heat insulation composite board can be produced in a simple physical joint manner and is high in impact resistance, tensile strength and stiffness, and simple in production process, and has low production cost and high production efficiency.

Abstract: Frame supported panels with an increased load carrying capacity derived from inducing newly discovered conditions on panels made from weaker, lighter and thinner materials. The fixed/continuous/dropped condition can increase a panel's load capacity many times based on the panel's interaction with frame members. This enables foam panels, for example, to be used in structural applications. It also enables polyurethane foam with any cladding to provide a comprehensive, structural building panel that provides a finished exterior, continuous and cavity insulation, an air, moisture and vapor barrier and increased uplift resistance while eliminating condensation and thermal expansion/contraction.

Abstract: A thermal barrier panel, the panel having a top face overlying a monolithic core, the core comprising a mixture of expanded glass granules, ceramic microspheres and a calcium aluminate cement binder, the expanded glass granules are selected from the group consisting of small granules having a size of about 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm, intermediate granules having a size of about 1.10 mm to 2.00 mm, and large granules having a size of about 2.10 mm to 4.00 mm wherein the volume of intermediate size granules comprises more than 50% of the mixture of expanded glass granules and the balance comprises small and large granules in a ratio of 1:2. The invention is also directed to a shipping container fitted with the fire containment panels of the present invention.

Abstract: A building panel structure and a process for manufacturing the structure are disclosed. The structure comprises a concrete layer disposed on the outside of a building, an insulating material comprising polyurethane in the center of the structure and a corrugated steel layer on the inside of the building. A steel plate overlays the top of the panel and a lip member attached to the plate and perpendicular to it covers a portion of the corrugated steel layer exposed surface. U-shaped loops are welded to the plate and embedded in the concrete to provide structural integrity and shear resistance to the structure. The process of manufacturing the building structure comprises positioning the plate, lip and loop assembly in a container, setting the concrete on the bottom of the container over the loops and forming the polyurethane layer between the concrete and corrugated steel layers by an in-situ chemical reaction.

Abstract: The invention comprises a product. The product comprises a first foam panel having an edge, a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface and a second foam panel having an edge, a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface, wherein the first and second foam panels are disposed such that their edges are adjacent each other and define a joint therebetween. The product also comprises an elongate metal strip having a body portion and a projection extending outwardly from the body portion, the metal strip being disposed such that at least a portion of the projection is disposed in the joint between the foam panels and at least a portion of the body portion covers a portion of the second primary surface of the first foam panel and a portion of the second primary surface of the second foam panel. A method of making and using the composite panel is also disclosed.
