    摘要： A drywall joint tool includes a housing with upper and lower surfaces and an interior. A drivetrain is mounted in said interior and originates at a drive input shaft. The drivetrain reduces the rotational speed and increases the torque force from the drive input shaft to multiple rollers depending downwardly from the housing lower surface. A guide fence also depends downwardly from the housing lower surface and includes a guide wall. The spacing between the guide rollers in the guide wall correspondence to nominal and compressed thicknesses of a gypsum board panel along a cut edge traversed by the tool. In an alternative embodiment, four guide rollers are provided.

    摘要： Nozzles are provided, for applying setting resins onto the edge of a partial cut in a panel, in some embodiments a honeycomb panel. The nozzle comprises a connector portion and an application head, wherein the application head comprises: a) a supporting wall, and b) a finish wall joining the supporting wall along an edge at an angle of 90 degrees or greater and less than 120 degrees. In some embodiments, the finish wall has a trailing edge which has a curved profile wherein the curve radius remains between 1.0 and 7.0 cm throughout the curve. In some embodiments, the finish wall has a leading edge which comprises a block wall which at least partially blocks movement of applied resin beyond the leading edge of the finish wall. In addition, methods of applying a setting resin onto the edge of a partial cut in a panel are provided.

Various embodiments include a stopper or opening cover to block the opening to dispense the drywall joint compound, at least one guide that holds the opening cover substantially parallel to the back plate, holds the opening cover against the back plate, and allows the opening cover to slide along the back plate when moved by an operator of the flat box to block or unblock the opening to dispense the drywall joint compound, and a cover control mechanism that controls movement of the stopper or opening cover in relation to the back plate.
