摘要: A wind turbine foundation comprising a concrete support slab having a horizontal rebar grid therein, a concrete pedestal integral with the support slab and having vertical post tensioning elements therein and a plurality of concrete ribs on top of and integral with the support slab and integral with the pedestal, the ribs having rebar therein and extend outwardly from the pedestal, the pedestal, slab and ribs are connected to each other to form a monolithic foundation. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.

摘要: A variable height telescoping tower includes a base section and a second lower most section nested within the base section and extendable from within the base section. The second lower most section includes a plurality of vertically spaced lock apertures disposed thereon. A lock member is attached to the base section, and includes an engaging portion movable between a disengaged position at which the engaging portion rests outside of the lock apertures and an engaged position at which the engaging portion is engaged within one of the lock apertures of the second lower most section.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a tower assembly for a wind turbine. The tower assembly includes a lattice tower portion, a tubular tower portion, and a transition region therebetween. The lattice tower portion includes a plurality of structural members connected together to define an open lattice tower. Further, the structural members include a plurality of supports and a plurality of cross-support members. The cross-support members are connected between the supports so as to define one or more openings. The tubular tower portion includes a lower portion and an upper portion. The first transition region includes a single-piece connection structure, a plurality of arm members, and a plurality of node connectors. The connection structure has a circumferential body configured to receive the lower portion of the tubular tower portion therein. Further, the node connectors join the plurality of supports of the lattice tower portion to the connection structure via the plurality of arm members.

摘要: A strut linkage for a steel construction may involve a tower of a wind turbine and/or a corner post of a lattice tower. In order that high forces can be removed via the strut linkage without causing increased stress concentrations, excessive use of material, and/or an excessive structural outlay, a plate element is provided for arranging between, preferably load-bearing, steel construction components. At least one connection element, which may be connected to the plate element, may be utilized to fasten at least one strut and/or guy of the steel construction to the steel construction components via the plate element.”

摘要: A cell tower is manufactured from a steel plate that is pressed into a polygon form, such as a 12-sided polygon or a 16-sided polygon. The tower is designed for direct embedding into the ground or attachment to a buried portion. The base portion contains apertures sized to permit the installation of an equipment rack directly into the interior of the tower. Other apertures in the tower provide handholes for installation of the equipment, backup batteries, and cabling. The top section of the cell tower includes mounting members for one or more sets of cellular radio antennas and/or microwave antennas. The antennas, and associated remote radio units, are mounted to the top of the cell tower and are hidden from view by one or more shrouds. The shrouds provide a visible barrier, but have minimal impact on the radio frequency characteristics.

摘要: A tower for a wind turbine, the tower including a plurality of tower segments including a first tower segment and at least a second tower segment, a plurality of buttresses, and an attachment piece. The tower segments are arranged one upon the other from the base of the tower to the top of the tower. The attachment piece is arranged between the first tower segment and the second tower segment, and the buttresses are attached to the attachment piece, such that loads which are acting on the tower segments are partially carried by the buttresses. A wind turbine comprising such a tower is also provided.

摘要: An apparatus for connecting a lattice tower to the nacelle of a wind turbine. The apparatus has high flexural rigidity and enables direct transition between the nacelle and members of the lattice tower. The apparatus includes two rings joined together with vertical plates extending between them. Upper and lower faces of the apparatus are formed by upper and lower horizontal plates. Central ribs are coupled together and with the vertical plates through a plurality of attachment pieces. The central ribs in part form a large central polygonal hole for accommodating an electrical generator.

摘要: A transition structure for a tower comprises a plurality of panels that each includes a panel body having opposed upper and lower ends, a lower mounting surface at the lower end, an upper mounting surface at the upper end, and a pair of lateral mounting surfaces at lateral edges. The upper mounting surfaces are generally planar, and the panel bodies taper from their upper mounting surface to their lower mounting surface. Each panel is mounted to at least another of the panels at corresponding lateral surfaces to form, with the upper ends, the shape that conforms to the lower end of the tower to be supported. The transition structure also comprises a plurality of footings, each having an upper end mated to the lower mounting surface of one of the panels, a lower end configured to mate with a post of a foundation, and a footing body between the upper and lower ends.
