    摘要： A combination lock comprises a tumbler wheel assembly, a backup locking assembly comprising a keyhole, a shaft, and an inner projection having a half circular section, a pivot assembly having a dog and an engagement member, a push button secured to the pivot assembly, a U-shaped shackle pivotably fastened at the lock housing, and an L-shaped resilient member. A correct combination of tumblers and a subsequent pressing of the push button will disengage the dog from a slot at one leg of the shackle and thus exert an elastic force of the resilient member on the leg for pushing the leg out of engagement with the lock. Should either the combination be forgotten or the combination be changed by another person, a turning of the shaft about 90 degrees by inserting a key into the keyhole will turn the projection and the engaged engagement member for releasing the dog.

    摘要： An inverted U-shaped combination lock is disclosed. The lock comprises a male locking mechanism a push ring, a hollow spindle, a sealing ring, an abutment ring, number rings, and a spring. The lock still can be opened without password by inserting a key into a keyhole prior to turning an angle of 90 degrees of the key, a ridged section of the mechanism is changed from a higher position to a lower one for disengaging the mechanism from the lock for subsequent removal of the mechanism. The invention also provides means for helping user know the forgot password and means for resetting the password.

    摘要： A magnetically coded lock assembly has a lock having a housing formed with a key slot, a latch element movable in the housing between a locked and an unlocked position, and at least one magnet wheel in the housing rotatable adjacent the slot about a wheel axis. This magnet wheel is provided with a magnet, operatively engageable with the latch element, and displaceable between a blocking position preventing the latch element from moving from the locked to the unlocked position and a freeing position not blocking such movement of the latch element. A key has a body fittable in the slot and formed with at least one seat and a respective magnet-carrying disk rotatable in the seat about a disk axis through a plurality of angularly offset positions. Each disk is closely juxtaposed with a respective one of the wheels when the key body is fitted in the slot.
