摘要: A downhole wellbore treatment system for and a method of treating an inner surface (FT) of a wellbore (W) is provided. The system comprises an elongate conduit (50) such as a flexible hose (50) for conveying treatment fluid from the surface (P; C) to a treatment head (80) adapted to be inserted into the wellbore (W). The treatment head (80) has a nozzle (83) providing an outlet from the conduit (50) for creating a jet of treatment fluid directed at the inner surface (FT) of the wellbore (W). The treatment head (50) is rotationally disconnected from the conduit (50) by a swivel device (70), allowing rotation of the head (50) relative to the conduit (50) during jetting of the treatment fluid. The elongate conduit (50) is reelable (10) and is inserted into the downhole wellbore (W) from a reel (10) at the surface, through a pressure control device (40) containing wellbore pressure within the downhole wellbore (W) during insertion of the elongate conduit (50) from the reel (10).

The system also includes a conveyor auxiliary unit connected to an end of the conveyor assembly having one or more joints to enable expansion and collapse of the conveyor belt from the conveyor assembly. The system further includes a proppant chute to direct the proppant from the conveyor belt into a blending hopper, the proppant chute being positioned at a higher elevation than an inlet of the blending hopper.

摘要: For use with a top drive power unit supported for connection with a well string in a well bore to selectively impart longitudinal and/or rotational movement to the well string, a feeder for supplying a pumpable substance such as cement and the like from an external supply source to the interior of the well string in the well bore without first discharging it through the top drive power unit including a mandrel extending through a sleeve which is sealably and rotatably supported thereon for relative rotation between the sleeve and mandrel. The mandrel and sleeve have flow passages for communicating the pumpable substance from an external source to discharge through the sleeve and mandrel and into the interior of the well string below the top drive power unit. The unit can include a packing injection system and novel seal configuration.

The swivel includes an upper body coupled to a lower body by a ring member and a plurality of shearable members. The lower body has a plurality of teeth members that engage a plurality of teeth members of the ring member. Rotation of the upper body is transmitted to the lower body by the ring member. The upper body is rotatable relative to the lower body when the shearable members are sheared.

摘要: To clear the probing shaft. Comprised of an assembled spin set from a vented axle (6) with seals, coupled to an upper head (34) with an eyelet (41) and fluid input (40). From the threaded lower end (7) of the axle (6) to the fluid input (40), an inner fluid passage is formed in the device. After fixing the device to the coating column (R), the latter, after finding hindrances (O) on the oil/gas shaft (P) bottom in the shaft cementing phase, will be constantly rotated around the axle (7) by the chuck (MA) of the probing equipment simultaneously to the fluid injection (F). With the spin combined to the fluid combined to the fluid injection (F), the hindrance (O) in the shaft wall (P) shall be eroded and eliminated, allowing the passage of such coating column (R) to reach the bottom in the cementing phase.

摘要: A connector assembly for connecting a hose to a tubular element. The connector assembly includes a housing, a hose connector, and a latch. The housing encloses a main passage which is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the housing and which has a side passage extending through the housing from an exterior of the housing into the main passage. The side passage extends through a connector tube mounted on an exterior of the housing. A hose connector is secured to an end of the hose and engages with the connector tube to connect the hose to the tubular element. The hose connector comprises a pipe portion which mates with the connector tube to connect an interior of the hose to the side passage. The latch urges the connector tube and the pipe portion into engagement and prevents a separation thereof.

摘要: A swivel pressure head includes a fixation mechanism detachably securing an upper housing to a lower housing. The upper housing includes an internal bore extending from a fluid inlet to an opening on a bottom surface of the upper housing. The lower housing includes a central bore. A pressure sleeve is disposed within the internal bore of the upper housing and within the central bore of the lower housing. A locking nut operatively engages the pressure sleeve and is configured to engage a swivel stem so that rotation of the swivel stem rotates the pressure sleeve. A packing assembly positioned in the internal bore of the upper housing fluidly seals between a wall of the internal bore and an outer surface of the pressure sleeve to direct a fluid flow from the internal bore of the upper housing through a fluid inlet and an internal bore of the pressure sleeve.
