    摘要: The present invention provides a retainer device 1 for retaining or holding an anchor rod 11 of a rock anchor, especially a self-drilling anchor, in a hole H drilled above horizontal. The retainer device 1 comprises: a body portion 2 configured to be mounted on the anchor rod 11, e.g., on an outer or external periphery of the anchor rod, and at least one locking arm or tab 6, 7 that projects from the body portion 2 in a direction transverse to a longitudinal extent of the anchor rod 11. The body portion 2 is configured to engage an abutment or shoulder on the outer or external periphery of the anchor rod to prevent its movement relative to the anchor rod 11 in use, and the at least one arm or tab 6, 7 is configured to deform so as to engage and bear against an inner wall W of the hole H when the retainer device 1 mounted on the anchor rod 11 is driven into the hole H. The invention also relates to a rock anchor system 10, comprising: at least one elongate anchor rod 11; a drill bit 12 configured for attachment to one end region 13 of the elongate anchor rod 11 for drilling the anchor rod 11 into rock strata R; and at least one retainer device 1 according to the invention described above for retaining or holding the anchor rod 11 in a hole H drilled in the rock strata R above horizontal. The invention also provides a method for installing a rock anchor.

A pre-drilled, wooden block has a thru-hole, the thru-hole defined by a thru-hole inner surface and a hole diameter, the wooden block having an outer surface; a rod is power-driven through the thru-hole, the rod having a head top surface and a smooth outer surface, the rod having a lead end, the rod having an outer diameter equal to or slightly greater than the hole diameter of each of the thru holes, wherein each rod is held in place by significant friction between the thru-hole inner surface and the smooth outer surface of the rod. As such, the rod is adapted to remain held in place within the block even when subjected to a pull force of at least 3 tons.

At least one clamping element is tilted at an angle from the longitudinal axis of the receptacle and is supported in a guide in the receptacle in such a way that the clamping element can be moved from a receiving position, in which the anchor rod can be inserted into the receptacle in the longitudinal direction, to a clamping position, in which the anchor rod is fixed in the receptacle in the circumferential direction, by rotating the housing relative to the anchor rod.

    摘要: An anchor system for an erosion control mat is provided. The system includes a bullet anchor comprising a bullet anchor body and a bullet anchor strap integrally molded with and extending from a first side of the bullet anchor body. In embodiments, a lock washer is coupled to the bullet anchor strap. In embodiments, serrations on at least one side of the bullet anchor strap are adapted to prevent the lock washer from traversing the bullet anchor strap in a direction away from the bullet anchor. In embodiments, the lock washer is adapted to couple with an erosion control mat. In embodiments, an anchor tab on a second side of the bullet anchor body secures the bullet anchor body in a ground surface. The anchor system is utilized to secure the erosion control mat to the ground surface and prevent undesired movement of the erosion control mat.
