    摘要: The basic flow rate for any given output is controlled by main valves driven by a relatively slow electrical drive having a high operating force. Small output changes are rapidly corrected by error valves driven by an electrical system having a very short time constant and a relatively low operating force. Only one error valve is used for correcting flow rate in conjunction with any of the main valves. All valves operate under spring pressure, so that release of a mechanical coupling coupling the valves to the drive system causes a very rapid closing of the valves.

    摘要: A limit switch 6 is placed on an end portion of the trip rod 4, which converts the mechanical deviation of the trip rod 4 into an electrical signal. The electrical signal from the limit switch 6 is transmitted to quick acting solenoid valves placed in a drive unit for a steam valve via a sequence circuit device, and then the steam valve is closed. Accordingly, an equipment structure can be simplified and reliability can be improved as compared to conventional arts.

    摘要: In a steam turbine control device wherein a steam control valve is controlled by a main control system responsive to an opening command signal from a speed control or a load control of the turbine, there are provided a throttle governing feedback circuit and a nozzle governing circuit which are connected in parallel and respond to the opening of the regulator valve to correct the opening thereof and a control circuit operative to gradually vary the difference signal between the feedback signals of the throttle governing and nozzle governing feedback circuits and to feed back the gradually varying difference signal to the main control system to switch the control of the steam regulator valve from the throttle governing operation to the nozzle governing operation without causing rapid increase of the steam flowrate. The control device is also provided with means to detect the rate of change in the steam pressure on the downstream side of the regulator valve.
