摘要: A ram air turbine rotor comprises at least one intra-flow path shroud structure coupled between rotor blades, along a radial position between a support disc and an outer rim. The shroud structure includes shroud sectors each coupled between a respective pair of blades. The sectors each include a first edge adjacent to leading edges of the respective pair of blades, the first edge including a first curved segment, and a second edge adjacent to trailing edges of the respective pair of blades, the second edge including a second curved segment. The curved segments are each partially defined by a respective ellipse having a semi-major axis and a semi-minor axis. The semi-major axis is a portion of a spanwise distance between the respective pair of blades. The semi-minor axis is a portion of an axial distance between the leading edge of one blade and the trailing edge of an adjacent blade.

摘要: A method and apparatus for maintaining integrally bladed rotors (IBR) includes using first vibration data from a IBR vibration apparatus of a first IBR to determine a set of values for a corresponding set of inherent vibratory properties based on a reduced order model for an IBR type to which the first IBR belongs. Shape data indicating an initial shape of a surface of a first blade is used, with repair data that indicates a candidate repair to form a restored shape, to determine a change in a value of an inherent blade section vibratory property of the set of inherent vibratory properties. A condition of the first IBR is determined based at least in part on the change in the value of the inherent blade section vibratory property. The first IBR is maintained based on the condition.

The method for manufacturing the blisk further includes a disk finishing step of cutting the disk-corresponding part so as to finish the disk-corresponding part into the disk in a product form, and a rotor blade finishing step of cutting each bridge so as to finish the respective rotor blade-corresponding parts into the respective rotor blades in a product form.

The method further includes performing a spectrum analysis on the signal to determine, for at least one given frequency, an amplitude of variation of the rotational speed at the given frequency, comparing the amplitude with at least one predetermined amplitude threshold for the frequency, and generating an alert signal if the amplitude exceeds at least one predetermined amplitude threshold.

摘要: A turbine wheel for a turbine engine, comprising a disk carrying blades each having a platform, carrying an impeller connected by a stilt to a root. Each blade comprises an upstream radial wall and a downstream radial wall extending inwards from the platform of the blade. The roots of the blades are engaged into slots on the periphery of the disk, so that the radial walls of the blades and the platforms of the blades are circumferentially arranged end-to-end, and define inter-blade cavities radially inside the platforms, each accommodating an inter-blade sealing and vibration damping member. At least one member comprises an elastically deformable element configured so as to be elastically prestressed against the walls of a cavity in the member mounting position.
