摘要： A lubricant recovery system for vacuum pump comprising a reservoir to store lubricant. Supply lines connected to the reservoir wherein the supply line can be connected to the vacuum pump to supply the lubricant to the vacuum pump. Further, a return line is connected to the reservoir to return a lubricant-air mixture from the vacuum pump to the reservoir by the return line. An air filter is disposed inside the reservoir to separate lubricant from the air wherein the filter is connected to a scavenge line which is connectable to a low-pressure region of the vacuum pump such that lubricant separated from the lubricant-air mixture by the air filter is drawn via the scavenge line into the vacuum pump. In accordance to the present invention a valve is disposed in the scavenge line to selectively separate the air filter from the vacuum pump.

摘要： Provided is a scroll compressor that can prevent liquid from being accumulated, the scroll compressor including: a fixed scroll; an orbiting scroll; and a rotation shaft that extends in the horizontal direction and causes the orbiting scroll to orbit relative to the fixed scroll. Liquid is injected into a working chamber. An enclosing point of a working chamber formed near the outer end of a fixed wrap of the fixed scroll is positioned below a center of the rotation shaft and at the lowest point of the contour of the working chamber having shifted to the lowest position. The fixed scroll has an inclined wall surface that is positioned below the center of the rotation shaft, is made to face upward, and extends from the dust wrap to the outer end of the fixed wrap. The inclined wall surface is formed so as to be sloped down gradually from the dust wrap toward the outer end of the fixed wrap.

摘要： In a screw compression apparatus in which shaft sealing members (13, 14) isolate a bearing space (7, 8) from a rotor chamber (5) and a lubricating fluid separating collector (3) separates the rotor lubricating fluid from the target gas discharged by the screw compressor (2), rotor lubricating fluid separated by the lubricating fluid separating collector (3) is introduced into the rotor chamber (5) via a rotor lubricating flow channel (25), and a bearing lubricating system (17) supplies a bearing lubricating fluid to the bearing space (7, 8). The bearing lubricating fluid flowing out from the bearing space (7, 8) is cooled and returned to the bearing space (7,8). A part of the target gas may be supplied to the shaft sealing members (13, 14) at a location between carbon rings of the shaft sealing members.

摘要： The present invention provides a positive displacement dry pump comprising: a plurality of vacuum pumping stages comprising a respective plurality of pumping mechanisms driven by one or more drive shafts for pumping fluid in series through the pumping stages from a pump inlet at the high vacuum stage to a pump outlet at the low vacuum stage; a lubrication chamber housing a bearing assembly for supporting the drive shaft for rotational movement, the drive shaft extending from the high vacuum stage to the lubrication chamber through an opening of a head plate of the lubrication chamber; an inter-stage purge port through which gas can enter the pump at an inter-stage location downstream of the high vacuum stage and pass only through the or each vacuum pumping stage downstream of the inter-stage port; a lubrication chamber purge port located in the lubrication chamber through which purge gas can flow from a source of purge gas; wherein the inter-stage port is connected to the lubrication chamber for controlling the pressure of purge gas in the lubrication chamber thereby resisting the passage of pumped gases from the high vacuum chamber to the lubrication chamber through the opening of the head plate during use.

The bearing is located on the high pressure side and in this order from the rotor chamber side. the bearing includes a low pressure communicating channel for allowing an outflow space formed on the rotor chamber side with respect to the first non-contact seal to communicate with a low pressure channel for the target gas communicating with a low pressure space inside the rotor chamber or the rotor chamber, a pressurized communicating channel for introducing high-pressure target gas into a pressurized space formed between the first and second non-contact seals, and an open communicating channel through which an open space formed between the second non-contact seal and the lip seal opens to the outside of the casing.

The sealing device includes: a pair of sealing members mounted on a rotary shaft of the rotor and provided in the end cover, the sealing members being disposed separately from each other so as to form a gap portion therebetween, the pair of sealing members being located on the side of the bearing which is remote from the rotor; an oil reservoir portion formed between the bearing and the sealing member closer to the rotor in the pair of sealing members; a first passage for connecting the oil reservoir portion with the interior of the cylinder which is in the vicinity of the discharge port thereof; a lubricant disposed in the gap portion between the pair of sealing members; and a second passage for connecting the gap portion between the pair of sealing members and the space portion in the oil casing.

摘要： An oil-sealed vacuum pump comprises an oil circuit for supplying a pump chamber and bearings of the vacuum pump with oil. The oil circuit includes first and second branch conduits leading to the bearings and the pump chamber, respectively. The vacuum pump further has an oil pump coupled to the oil circuit for driving oil therethrough, a valve assembly coupled to the oil circuit for shutting off oil supply to the pump chamber during standstill of the vacuum pump, and a pressure reducer coupled to the oil circuit for reducing the oil pressure to environmental pressure. The first branch conduit leading to the bearings is situated upstream of, and the second branch conduit leading to the pump chamber and the valve assembly are situated downstream of the pressure reducer as viewed in the direction of oil flow in the oil circuit.
