    摘要: A brake for linear movement devices comprising a device. The brake means includes a bar which extends parallel with the path of movement of the device and which accommodates a pressurizable hose-like element that extends along the bar. The invention is characterized by a slat spring accommodated in the bar and extending on one side of the hose-like element, a brake disposed along the slat spring and movable transversely to the longitudinal direction of the hose-like element and the spring and located adjacent one longitudinally extending edge of the spring, for movement transversely to the longitudinal direction and essentially in the plane of the spring when the hose-like element is placed under pressure and the spring is flexed outwardly. The brake also includes a slide shoe which is guided in the rail and connected to the device and actuable by the brake device that is movable towards the slide shoe.

    摘要: In a rodless cylinder unit with brake, which comprises a sliding table slidably held on a cylinder tube, brake bands inserted into the sliding table and both ends thereof fixed on both ends of the cylinder tube, and the sliding table provided with a brake for squeezing the brake bands, a slit with open upper end is formed on a side of the rodless cylinder of the cylinder tube, an air supply tube is accommodated in the slit, one end of the air supply tube is connected to the sliding table, and the other end of the air supply tube is connected to an end of the cylinder tube. When the air for brake release is supplied to the brake through the air supply tube, the brake is released, and the sliding table becomes movable. When the sliding table is moved, the air supply tube accommodated in the slit is overlapped or not overlapped with very low friction depending upon the moving direction of the sliding table. When the air for brake release is discharged and the air for brake locking is supplied through the other air supply tube as necessary, braking force is generated, and the sliding table is stopped.

A braking member (16) faces the brake rail (8) in such a manner as to be engageable therewith, and disengageable therefrom, and is moved to a contact position where it engages the brake rail (8), and a release position where it disengages from the brake rail (8) by an operation member (17), to accomplish the braking and unbraking of the transfer member (3).

    摘要: A positional stop device includes a base body, a lever, a driving element, and a retaining member. The lever is rotatablely arranged on the base body, a first end of the lever couples to the driving element, and a second end of the lever couples to the retaining member. The driving element is partially exposed out of the base body. The retaining member is moveablely received in the base body. When the slider of a pneumatic rodless cylinder slides along a first direction, the driving element is driven by the slider to move along a second direction and be fully received in the base body. The lever is driven by the driving element to rotate around the base body. The retaining member is driven by the lever to move along a third direction and to be partially exposed out of the base body to stops the slider from sliding.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a brake arrangement in linear motion operating devices of the kind which comprises a cylinder (1), a piston which is movable in the cylinder, and a rail (3) which is mounted on the outside of the cylinder (1), parallel with the cylinder axis, and which extends substantially along the whole stroke path of the piston. The rail is configured with slide surfaces (8) on opposite sides thereof, and the arrangement further comprises a slide (14) which is configured with slide shoes (15) and which is guided for linear movement along the slide by the slide surfaces (8), this slide being connected to a dogging element (2) connected to the piston. The arrangement is characterized in that the rail has formed therein at least one cavity (9) which extends along the rail (3) and which is open through the intermediary of a passageway (10), whereby the rail presents at least one leg (11) which is resilient in a direction transversely to the cylinder axis and which defines one side of the passageway, and which leg is intended to coact with a brake body (21) mounted on the slide (14) and having a brake surface (22). The cavity can be placed under pressure so as move this one side of the leg out of coaction with the brake surface.
