    摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a hydraulic system that is used with a vehicle hitch, to raise and lower an implement attached to the hitch. The system has a lifting side, that raises the hitch, and a downforce side that applies downward pressure. Hydraulic actuators are used to apply the up or down force using supply lines coupled to both sides. A downforce pressure control valve controls an amount of hydraulic pressure is supplied to the downforce side. A mode select valve is fluidly coupled to the downforce pressure control valve and is used to select hitch operation between a double acting hitch position, a single acting hitch position, and a neutral position. A work port check valve is between the downforce side and the mode select valve to stop the fluid from flowing back into the system when de-energized or in the neutral position.

    摘要: A hydraulic fan circuit is provided. The hydraulic fan circuit includes a tank, a motor having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and a pump to draw fluid at a low pressure from the tank and discharge the fluid at elevated pressures to the motor via the fluid inlet. The hydraulic fan circuit further includes a directional control valve disposed between the fluid outlet of the motor and the tank. The directional control valve is operable to move between a flow blocking position and a flow passing position. Further, the directional control valve is configured to reduce a positive speed of the motor below a lowest positive speed attainable through control of pump output. Furthermore, the hydraulic fan circuit includes a pressure control circuit configured to provide a pilot fluid flow at varying pressure to move the directional control valve.

    摘要: A hydraulic circuit for heavy equipment is disclosed, which utilizes a hydraulic fluid supplied from a hydraulic pump for driving a cooling fan, as a pilot signal pressure, without installing a separate constant displacement pilot pump for supplying the pilot signal pressure to a control valve for controlling the hydraulic fluid to be supplied to a working device such as a boom. The hydraulic circuit includes first to third hydraulic pumps connected to an engine; a first control valve installed in a flow path of the first hydraulic pump; a second control valve installed in a flow path of the second hydraulic pump; a hydraulic motor connected to the third hydraulic pump; a cooling fan, connected to the hydraulic motor, for discharging cooling wind to an oil cooler; a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic tank; an electric relief valve, installed in a drain flow path of the third hydraulic pump, for variably controlling a rotation velocity of the cooling fan; a controller for controlling the hydraulic pressure that drives the hydraulic motor; and a pilot pressure generator, installed in a pilot flow path branched and connected to a flow path of the third hydraulic pump, for supplying a pilot signal pressure to the first and second control valves when shifting.

Here, sensor means (36a, 36b) are provided which detect a temperature of the pump motor (24) and/or of the hydraulic pump (22), and the predetermined progression over time of the performance characteristic of the hydraulic pump (22) during the rotary/push movement is adapted according to a predetermined relationship depending on the temperature of the pump motor (24) and/or of the pump (22) detected by the sensor means (36a, 36b).

The hydraulic fan circuit includes a tank, a motor having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and a pump to draw fluid at a low pressure from the tank and discharge the fluid at elevated pressures to the motor via the fluid inlet.
